took my daughter last week for her 5th birthday. I almost cried the way she screamed for Cinderella. it was the happiest ive ever seen her. definitely returning soon.
Last week, I went to this parade and Ariel singled me out and made a show of waving and blowing a kiss at me and said into her little mic "Wow, you're looking beautiful tonight, princess!" I was so happy I could have cried. I'm almost 17. The magic never dies.
Oh my gosh, this is unreal!! I had the opportunity to see the preparation for this parade about a month ago and got to see the 'Beauty and the Beast' costumes and float. they showed us how they light the costume's fabric up and everything. It was amazing, and now to see it out on Main Street is just incredible! You see how much work goes into these parades- or any Disney attraction- and you appreciate them even more.
I was so thrilled with this parade! The main song was so upbeat and engaging it got the adrenaline flowing right away. On the other hand, I loved how they wove the music from the Electrical Light Parade into this parade, as well. I think this is the best Disney Parade I've ever seen. We actually stayed till the very end so we could "do this again". Seeing it the second time was just as wonderful as the first. What a great documentation of the excitement and fun of a fantastic parade!
I remember how obsessed I was with this parade when it debuted. All I listened to was the soundtrack, all I was different videos of this. I finally got to see it live last summer right in front of a Small World where it first begins in Anaheim. I was crying, dancing, singing along to all the songs, and Jessie, Woody, Belle, Rapunzel, Tinkerbell, Sully, and the beloved wizard mouse himself waved at me. Peter Pan said I have nice hair, and I legit died. The music, the lights, the characters, EVERYTHING... it's true Disney magic! I will always love Spectromagic the most but this parade comes in for a very, very, VERY close second. Dreams really came true that night. This parade will always hold a dear spot in my heart, right next to Spectromagic in Orlando.
I was in Disneyland during early July and I saw this parade. I was legit in tears because I am a huge Disney geek and I had been watching videos of the rides and this parade before I went. It was such a magical trip! Thank you for letting me relive this magical experience! I can't wait to go back someday ✨
I just came back from Disneyland, and I gotta say, the Diamond Celebration was a blast! Even though I didn't get or see everything I wanted, I really didn't want this to end. I loved the magic paintbrushes that I could mess with other light up devices which I also interacted with more people than I usually do. I'll always love it's new ideas and upbeat celebrations which I keep dancing to. I just want to keep showing love and hugs.
Guys it looks 10000x better in person!! I definitely recommend for you guys to go specially just for this parade! It makes you feel a whole different level of happiness!
Disneyland is too wonderful. I've been in Disneyland 3 times, mostly for performing in symphonic band in high school. Seeing the whole parade makes me feel like a 5 year old. Can't wait to come back again in the summer!
We saw this parade when we went to Hong Kong Disneyland & I must say it's beautiful. This experience were listed in my unforgettable moments in my life. I wish I can visit Disneyland again God willing if the world will return to normal
I wish there was a Wreck-It Ralph float in the parade. Maybe like Ralph on top of a building. As he wrecks it LED lights make the building look like its being wrecked then an 8-bit Fix It Felix comes out and fixes it. Then Vanellope follows the float in her kart.
When I went to disneyland i love this so much! These types of things make me emotional for some reason. The music, the lights, the dancing, and all the different characters brings out the happiness in me.
Here's the confirmed 2025 changes: 1. The opening dialogue will be "To all who come to this happy place, Disneyland proudly presents...!" 2. Since "zip a dee doo dah" will most likely be removed, "when you wish upon a star" should now finish the lyrics by extending it or put a different song in between. 3. I don't know what new or returning floats will be but please let me know if it does.
I'm the driver for Donald Duck on this parade. Thank you all for your kind words. This was for the cast member preview and it was one of the best nights I have had working at Disneyland. Everyone was so loud that we couldn't hear each other on our headsets. It was a great way to kick off our Diamond Celebration.
***** I had to stop myself from hitting the replay button. One of my earliest memories of is the Electrical parade, and this is an excellent succesor to it.
I love Disneyland! One time when I went I saw and old couple and it looked like they were having the time of their life! I love Disneyland! Once again like they say "Your never too old to go to Disneyland!"
I'm in love with this parade! :D I just love how they put part of the original Main Street Electrical Parade soundtrack and update it for this new one. Mickey Mouse was the best one to end this fantastic parade. :)
I was present during the first initial showing of the prototype here in HK Disneyland for members only...I remember seeing old clips of the original Disneyland Electric Light Parade which I thought was absolutely stunning but this brought tears to my eyes as it was a very exciting spectacle to watch and an 'upgrade' (if you can call it that) to the original...and yes we did have some glitches too, thankfully minor ones...am curious because none of the audience had the 'Paint' brushes which are supposed to sync with the Parade which we were given that night that are supposed to 'paint' the dancers costumes with your chosen color for fun...you guys are so lucky to have the rest of the stuff such as the 3 Fairies, Peter Pan, Jessie, Genie, Pooh and Tigger or Eeyore was it? And the 'Frozen' float and 3 Princesses which we didn't have...oh well...not complaining...just had a blast and that we were the first to see it was/is good enough!!! I do hope they decide to incorporate the rest into our Parade here too!!! JUST ENJOY IT!!! :D
When I saw this I had my Peter Pan hat on and Peter saw it from so high up and then through a mic he has he crowed and he said look a lost girl !!! I'll see you in never land ! And I cried 😭
Thankyou for posting I was there in July but didn't have a camera to capture this so I appreciate you giving me a fantastic memory of our fantastic trip
Irony: the parade starts off with "When Can We Do This Again" - the song from 'Wreck-It Ralph', the one Disney movie that for some reason I've never found ANY merchandise or apparel from, nor any acknowledgment anywhere in the Disney universe that the movie even exists. It's weird.
I saw it in April and I don't live in California so I'm so sad that I won't see this amazing parade and fireworks again. I've been to Disney 4 times and this will probably be my favorite celebration of all time.😍
Saw this live and it's a much better experience in person. Sad that it's ending, BUT the electrical parade will be coming back, and I surely hope they bring back Fantasmic! :)
Thank you for sharing and posting the magic for those who cannot go due to financial and medical reasons, thank you characters for bringing happiness to everyone
It's EVEN MORE AWESOME from the ground level, looking at it from the height of a toddler. Seriously, it's watching this through their eyes that makes this "IT".
Really cool parade! The Frozen float is gorgeous! I think I only really have two issues with this parade: 1. Lack of Snow White. I understand she is one of the least popular Disney Princesses (I personally love her lol), but her film is "the one that started it all". Without that movie, none of our favorite Disney films we have today would have come about. I certainly feel like it was a mistake to leave Snow White. 2. Pixar is a huge part of Disney, but the presence of Monsters Inc and ESPECIALLY the Cars unit feel...really out of place. We already have the Pixar parade across the way at DCA that also has a Toy Story, Monsters Inc, and Cars unit, so if feels a little redundant seeing them in this parade as well. I feel like we could have dropped the Monsters Inc and Cars units and replaced them with something more fitting like Alice in Wonderland, Snow White etc. Other than that, still a good parade!
MrMrMrprofessor I get why they didn't add Snow White and more classic characters. Imagine trying to make a float for classic films that has to look modern and has a party feel to it. Imagine the soundtrack! It'd be very difficult, they just got lucky with the Belle's float.
ScreamingSimsX I really disagree with that. The floats don't "have" to look modern, the Belle float and the Frozen float both have the very "classic" Disney feel. They feel more in place with Disneyland, which is why the Monsters Inc and Cars floats are so jarring. I just can't imagine seeing a big ass modern day truck driving down main street USA of all places. The Main Street electrical parade features PLENTY of classic Disney characters and doesn't feel dated at all, music aside.
MrMrMrprofessor I am talking about the theme. It is supposed to be modern, but still full of magic, fantasy, and imagination. I don't know about you, but I couldn't imagine Belle in a big ass dress like that going down main street either, but they made it happen. I am not hating on this parade at all, nor am I against classic Disney characters in this parade. I know they can pull it off like they did with Belle's float and all the other ones. Also, this situation is just like soundsatonal. I would have never imagined Donald sporting a sombrero with the two other birds(their names escape me at this time) with the dancers dressed in pinata attire dancing down main street, but they somehow fit it in for the theme of soundsational. Just like Cars and Monsters Inc fits in with Paint The NIght
MrMrMrprofessor i think they should've added Wreck It Ralph...the song their know for IS the parade song. It would just make sense to add at least one float, or even just dancers, to feature the movie.
That was amazing but it's a shame it was so Pixar heavy. Would like to have more of a mix of the old and new. I agree that missing out Snow White was a bit of a misstep. Could you image a float in the mine with all those jewels? And not including Wreck it Ralph and Big Hero 6 was a shame too as they both lend themselves to having bright flashy floats. Still brilliant though!
I know, right? Too much focus on Pixar and films affiliated with the Disney Princesses but not enough focus on other classics like The Lion King and Aladdin and the new generation in the Walt Disney Animated Films canon like Wreck It Ralph and Big Hero 6. The Big Hero 6 float alone would no doubt be a colorful display.
DeadmanInc336 i think they planed this before big hero six plus the classics have been done before most of this is form the hong kong version they just added a few
I also think this compliments the new World of Color next door which focuses heavily on the history of Disney and classic animation. This parade celebrates the newer films that make Disney so popular today.
I noticed it too, odd to hear beauty and the beast for toy story haha! Can't believe how much this parade takes parts of all the shows such as Main Street electrical parade, festival of fantasy and also Spectromagic (the balls goofy, Donald and Minnie are on) and just massive improve on them all.
Toy story got in front of B&TB and screwed everything up. Notice the big gap in front of toy story? That is protocol, the techs are compensating for the mistake so they have time to make the audio corrections on the parade route. Being a new show, this is probably the first time they had to react to this kind of mistake with this particular parade. Things will get smoother. I'm sure whoever was responsible for this error felt terrible.
Jerrad Show The glitches were fixed on Friday and yesterday so it looks like everything is fine but the parade should've known that the toy story unit was coming first but the Toy Story unit wasn't sending signals to the speakers which caused the whole glitch
Blahblahblah14898 The Toy Story unit wasn't sending out signals so it looks like the Infrared reader on the float was turned off which messed everything up
I'd have to seriously disagree. The music from MSEP is plink plonky, no lyrics, the music doesn't 'flow' very well. Don't forget that there were audio issues with this parade too.
they didn't need lyrics, and the music is modern pop that you hear everywhere and will be forgotten in a few years, while MSEP sounded more unique and special . and there was too many current and pixar films
Well you can tell they used the theme from Wreck it Ralph (When Can I See You Again) as the basis of the songs for the parade. I still have a bitter taste with these kinds of parades. Its always the same films that get these kind of floats. While the more recent hits (except Frozen and Pixar) get shafted.
Hannah Johnson , true my parents love ❤️ the parade it was so beautiful for them and they love the songs it was amazing experience my parents love Disneyland so much as we do
I love how they kept part of the original song and just mashed/remixed the hell out of it. Caught half of this last time I was there a couple weeks back -- This was the best dland parade I've seen. The bass actually kicks haha.
I feel like not having Snow White is a huge disrespect towards Disney because that was their first animated movie. If it's a 60th Celebration she and the dwarves should be there.
30 years later of the Disney Magical Electrical Parade. I remember the electrical parade in California Adventure back in 03' . This is neat. 60th Anniversary and Disney is bringing out all the stops to UP the style to Celebrate 60 years of DISNEYLAND :D
+Tony parra Yep! Depending on the night and where you watch the parade, of course. At Small World it's a long transition between the end of the parade and the start of the fireworks, but a Cast Member told me it was about a 10 minute wait between and the end of the parade and the start of the fireworks if watched on Main Street USA.
***** if the parade ends at Main Street. When two showings of PTN and the fireworks play, the second showing of the fireworks will be a longer wait from the end of the parade, due to it heading towards Small World. When I wrote the comment, only one showing of the fireworks was being played, and it always headed TOWARDS Main Street.
I just wanna say Thank You Mr Disney for all the memories we have at your place Disneyland.
This song always gives me chills. Gotta love Wreck It Ralph. And Owl City.
Yes! ^_^ 'Wreck-it Ralph' was a good movie! And Owl City is one of my favorite bands ever!
I love Owl City since Fireflies
took my daughter last week for her 5th birthday. I almost cried the way she screamed for Cinderella. it was the happiest ive ever seen her. definitely returning soon.
David Curtis wow! That’s so awesome! I hope you took her back many more times

+commander bae One time, I singled "Ariel" out from the street, and she blew me at the other street corner. I was satisfied but it cost me $70.

I thought that was sweet.

I went to the parade, screaming out every character's name as they passed by. They all waved at me! Who knew? Peter even winked at me! (;
Same!😃❤️
Airis E. I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I'm just going to say it. The Peter Pan at this parade was hot af when I went here. 😂😂😂
MissChievous19 lmao xD
Airis E. me 😂😂😂 I literally scream at them all the time
Airis E. life. goals.

That parade is amazing! But since they use the song from Wreck it Ralph, I think they should include Raph and Vanellope in the parade.
But wreck it ralph movie has many movies example ariel only has one movie
@@GarethDodo this was before the 2nd wreck it Ralph movie came lol
@@GarethDodo and Ariel has a second however, it was very unsuccessful
Ariel actually has “The little mermaid, Ariel’s beginning, “The little mermaid” “The little mermaid || return to the sea”
I was kinda sad they weren't here tbh. That's one of my favorite Disney movies
Disneyland is too wonderful. I've been in Disneyland 3 times, mostly for performing in symphonic band in high school. Seeing the whole parade makes me feel like a 5 year old. Can't wait to come back again in the summer!
I liked how they used the song from wreck it Ralph and in some parts you can hear the tune from the main street electrical parade! Amazing :)
What a fantastic production!
Ah man, I'm glad they brought back some kind of light parade to Disneyland. You're NEVER to old for a Disney parade.
It's just like Walt Disney himself said...
"Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional."
You'd be surprised how many folks I hear when I'm at the park say, "I'll pass on the parade. Parades are for the kids."
cdouglas90 Let them think that. That means less people taking up spots among the parade route! lol :-P
cdouglas90 not just for kids but for parents as well

I know they do the same thing for the "paint the night" parade, but if I was a CM and participated in that parade I'd never get bored of it !!
I wish there was a Wreck-It Ralph float in the parade. Maybe like Ralph on top of a building. As he wrecks it LED lights make the building look like its being wrecked then an 8-bit Fix It Felix comes out and fixes it. Then Vanellope follows the float in her kart.
I approve this message.
Well, they did have the song of wreck it
There are plans to add to this parade like the original Main Street Electrical Parade
Wow that sounds AMAZING
exactly what I was thinking! why have the song of their movie but not them?!
I just love the music! ''When can we do this again'' Just brings back memories.
Now we just have to wait patiently for the soundtrack to leak online :x

This is honestly the best recording of the parade in both audio and video
MINE SUCKS DONT WATCH HAHA
😀😘😍👍
this is so well thought out so beautiful and the all cast of characters need a medal well done
I always cry when I see the parades! They really do teach them well at the park!
When I went to disneyland i love this so much! These types of things make me emotional for some reason. The music, the lights, the dancing, and all the different characters brings out the happiness in me.
Beyond words. The parade is so amazing.
Here's the confirmed 2025 changes:
1. The opening dialogue will be "To all who come to this happy place, Disneyland proudly presents...!"
2. Since "zip a dee doo dah" will most likely be removed, "when you wish upon a star" should now finish the lyrics by extending it or put a different song in between.
3. I don't know what new or returning floats will be but please let me know if it does.

***** Love the parade!
***** First off you are so lucky!! And secondly I love this parade! Very nice job!
Amazing parade.
***** I had to stop myself from hitting the replay button. One of my earliest memories of is the Electrical parade, and this is an excellent succesor to it.
You guys are so awesome! You made me so happy this morning when I woke up. I'll be sure to share all these with the Paint crew! Thank you all so much.
I love Disneyland! One time when I went I saw and old couple and it looked like they were having the time of their life! I love Disneyland! Once again like they say "Your never too old to go to Disneyland!"
I was here! I wanna go back 😭😢 This parade was beautiful!!
Lightning McQueen & Mack 😍😍
"Say with me Ka-Chow!"
I like that they do a tribute to the Electric Parade theme song throughout the parade

Bringing back the Electrical Parade track and remixing it was a great idea! Well done Disney!
I will never grow too old for disney😊
I am in LOVE! We go to WDW every year but now I must go back to Disneyland!
I'm in love with this parade! :D I just love how they put part of the original Main Street Electrical Parade soundtrack and update it for this new one. Mickey Mouse was the best one to end this fantastic parade. :)
It was so fun to be there for the 60th anniversary. Paint the Night to Disneyland Forever fireworks was great!
tbh I'm just watching this cuz I'm "homesick" from my vacation at Disneyland today :/
OMG same! I went to Disney World and I miss it so much!!!

In Parade of Dreams, they used a song from Brother Bear and people barely even knew of that movie's existence.
They have some wreck it Ralph pins
that was my favorite movie as a child :\
Sarah B I mean they have a candy store on one of there cruise ships themed with venolope von sweets
I LOVE WRECK IT RALPH
Thank you Inside the Magic for such an epic episode; however, our Paint the Night memories will stay alive in episodes like this one.
Currently missing Disney and this was probably one of my favorite parades to watch! Hopefully we’ll be back soon!✨🐭🏰

They should add Oswald the lucky rabbit at the end to wrap up the parade and add some big hero 6 and wreck it Ralph units
I agree
im pretty sure now they use it now
WATCH MINE TO FIND OUT

Thank you for sharing and posting the magic for those who cannot go due to financial and medical reasons, thank you characters for bringing happiness to everyone

That is protocol, the techs are compensating for the mistake so they have time to make the audio corrections on the parade route. Being a new show, this is probably the first time they had to react to this kind of mistake with this particular parade. Things will get smoother. I'm sure whoever was responsible for this error felt terrible.
Well im 8 and my aunt has a FREIND that works in Disneyland so they because the parade floats are slow so that's why the song is going a bit faster
Jerrad Show The glitches were fixed on Friday and yesterday so it looks like everything is fine but the parade should've known that the toy story unit was coming first but the Toy Story unit wasn't sending signals to the speakers which caused the whole glitch
Blahblahblah14898 The Toy Story unit wasn't sending out signals so it looks like the Infrared reader on the float was turned off which messed everything up
I miss this parade so bad!!!🥲😭 I was lucky enough to be there for this one and it is my all time favorite!!
I really appreciate the aspects from MSEP in this parade.
Amazing - blows MSEP out of the water. Waiting patiently for the parade video with the right audio!
Daz Give me the orihinal less techno version, it had charm, this is just overload in my opinion
I was there for this parade. It was a fantastic! Well done everyone.
they literally need to bring back this parade
in my opinion the best parade in Disneyland
I've never been to a Disney park and this is my first time seeing one of the parades, and this one is just really beautiful to me.
BEST PARADE EVER! Even thought Ariel's dancers didn't have their lights on...
Yay, music from Wreck-it Ralph! That movie never gets enough appreciation in the Parks.
This is cooler and I had went there and see the parade. I love it so much.
Amazing video but so much better in person! :D
Hey pham
right! i just came for the music its awesome
Hannah Johnson , true my parents love ❤️ the parade it was so beautiful for them and they love the songs it was amazing experience my parents love Disneyland so much as we do
Thanks for posting. I'm glad I don't have to wait for hours to see this live now. More time for rides with short lines!!
Wow, they actually got Tim Allen to reprise his role as Buzz in the parks. That rarely happens.
It's awesome how they kept the Electrical Parade theme in the music.
Sounds like Audio Central was having trouble syncing the floats to the parade route speakers.
Its a glitch.
Disneyland has really outdone themselves, I LIVE for the new fireworks show
How can anyone dislike this?
Because they were not in that parade so they disliked it
They are probably haters of Disney.
Universal fans.
The parade is great but the music is AWWWWFULLLL
So awesome for Adam Young! Loved his song! I miss the Electrical Parade, but I'm glad they added some music from it in this parade.
Man, Disney must really like "when can I see you again?"
I love having Disney passes, going on Jan 19th to see the the electric parade :))
it all happened cause of one man walt Disney
luigileon I think the Belle float should have a plastic glass over the rose
The music is just so addicting...After I watched the parade there at Disneyland, I kept re-watching the parade and listening to the music...Jesus
Tom Tan bad different
I went 3 days ago and it looks better in person. Sad that it's ending :(
And the fireworks were awesome
it will be replaced by Main street electrical parade
+Diego_Alex 079 that's nice
+Alexa 5sos and i think Paint the night will return in December
Even if it wasn't perfect, it was still spectacular! Well done!
The song from 0:42 is a remix from When Can I See You Again by Owl City
OwlCityMP3 the entire parade is...
4:43 Looks like Mack is greeting to the camera.
Man, that Mack is spectacular, definitely my favorite ❤️
That dj is amazing!!
I missed the Disneyland Parade. Now they got a new parade in Disneyland and I am so happy. Hopefully I should this year.
Great parade despite some bugs! Kudos to Tinker Bell cause that had to be acutely uncomfortable.
Then do something about it. You gonna take that sitting down? Fight for Snow White! Write to your local officials! Organize a strike! TAKE ACTION!
30 years later of the Disney Magical Electrical Parade. I remember the electrical parade in California Adventure back in 03' . This is neat. 60th Anniversary and Disney is bringing out all the stops to UP the style to Celebrate 60 years of DISNEYLAND :D
I heard that the fireworks start after the parade, is that true.
Yea but when I went they were cancelled. Disneyland said it was the tenth time that month and it was the 9th of february
Oh that parade is so magical! Great video thanks for sharing I love it!!! Keep the awesome content!
Which "When Can I See You Again" song version is it?
Lea Seberg Fladstad a Disneyland type version I'm guessing
Lea Seberg Fladstad the original one is from Wreck-It-Ralph and this version is the DISNEY version
Occasionally, you can hear a hint of MSEP music in there somewhere...love it!
