Yo you are doing important work by documenting this. Bringing me back to my childhood with this tour. Would love to see a bay area tour of less ubiquitous ethnic foods. Ethiopian, Cambodian, Burmese, Afghan, Venezuelan. Good work bro!
Love your Oakland food vids!! I live here and I’m just starting to discover food in these neighborhoods, myself. I have a suggestion: Tortas Ahogadas Mi Barrio @ 4749 International Blvd. They have amazing food. They have these fried potato tacos that they pile on Carnitas with their own pickled onions… so good. I ❤ their Carnitas, man! But… you’ve got to try their Carnitas Torta! It’s served in a jus that the bread adsorbs…. Oh my gosh… HEAVEN! Please try!! I think you would love it!
Thanks for doing this tour. Engel's Pizza is grateful for your comments about your experience of your visit and taste Pizza Al Pastor. We are waiting for you very soon now located in front of Pollo Alegre.🫶🙏
on week day mornings ms carmen sells tamales and champurrado to kids and families on the way to school at 27th and international. i am not the only one whose kid will only eat her tamales!
props
