I'm so excited for you! My kids are a little older than yours, but I'm so familiar with the struggle to get the schedules to align to get the time for yourself. Currently, I'm focused on powerlifting and training for competition - I'm pretty weak for the sport overall but lifting so heavy and eating my protein (and being sure to eat enough!) has transformed my body. You can absolutely do this, and you're going to rock it. Train for that old lady body! Get strong so carrying those babies around stops hurting your back! One step at time, starting is the hardest part!

I know one big issue in my diet currently is simply not eating enough, because I often simply forget to eat. Then it way often happens that I end up eating something unhealthy. Now that I move my body more there's no way I could get trough the day without eating more.
I actually did quite enjoy it and I'm sure it would be great for my bod! The reason I decided not to go again is mainly because of the distance to the class and the schedule not working for me. I might try to do it at home though! Thank you! 😊
