Pros- lot of good jobs in government, ok weather six months year no snow, more affordable than most metro areas in California, close to places for recreation like Tahoe and SF Cons- gets cold 5 months a year, hot summers, not much music scene here
Well said! Our winters are relatively mild compared to other metros and I like how it typically cools down at night during the summer 👍 Side note: have you ever seen a bad flip?
