This nugget ice maker looks cool! I still have my white Gevi ice maker I bought last year when you did a video on it! It's great but I hate cleaning it. You have to flush it out multiple times and clean out that small filter inside the reservoir. I wish there was a light inside to make it easier to see when cleaning. What did you do with your Gevi ice maker from last year?
This is super cute but I wanted to ask if you've had any problems with it leaking from the front and/or when you pull out the basket? I have a nugget ice maker with the same kind of pull out basket and we have to put towels under it because of how much it leaks.
This one will go in our basement and since you don’t need a water source for this one then we can easily move it from place to place. The one installed under our counter requires a permanent water source and ejector pump and a lot more maintenance
I am on the fence between Gevi ice maker and the GE Profile 2.0 ice maker. I have all stainless steel appliances and don’t like the white. Wish it came in SS
You can transfer it if needed. The ice will start to melt over time but not by much. What’s nice is that the ice bucket releases the melted water back into the reservoir to create more ice so it’s always circulating
Beautiful unboxing and I know you're loving that ice 🧊!
The boys are too haha they always snack on it
@_Alexmojica I can see why, because that ice is irresistible!

This one is similar in cleaning, only difference is the water tank is on the side instead of pouring it inside. My sister kept the other model

I haven’t had that issue with this one
That is a very nice looking ice maker, lol. The ribbed water tank is pretty!
It’s a pretty detail, and the ice inside the frosted window as well 🥰
I just ordered this and I’m waiting for it to come, I’m so excited! Are you still liking it so far?
Yes!! We keep ours in the basement in my husbands liquor bar and love it
It’s a very pretty ice machine. Thanks for the unboxing
You’re welcome!
Your hair looks amazing
Thanks for sharing!! Don’t need to use distilled water?
No, just fresh water, I prefer using filtered water
I love to eat nugget ice as well as in my coffee and, Frappuccino and matcha drinks
Hello! Did yours come with the cleaning packets?
They are sold separately
Hi Alex. Like that's it's compact. How is this different from the ice maker installed below?

This nice maker is not compact compared to others. Much larger than the last one we had.
Idk what I am doing wrong. When cleaning it. It makes me clean it over and over like 7 times.
I just ordered mine!! Yay!!
Yay! I hope you love it!!!

This one from gevi is stainless steel gevi.pxf.io/jrYbB6
Does the ice stay cold while in the bin or does it need to be transferred and stored in the fridge?
You can transfer it if needed. The ice will start to melt over time but not by much. What’s nice is that the ice bucket releases the melted water back into the reservoir to create more ice so it’s always circulating
Does the water reservoir remove to wash?
No it does not, it would need to be wiped down and then cleaned with their cleaner once a week
Is this lightweight?
I carried it all by myself , it’s hefty but not too much that o need my husband to move it for me haha
