Why 5 and 2? I do 9 and 7 all the time lol cause DH's birthday is Sept and mine is July.
What is the purpose of that extra-wide spine?
So when she adds in all the little bits and pieces of ephemera... they will fit. She said she always puts a lot of ephemera and needs room in the spine to be able to stuff the journal. This is just the bare bones of the journal to show us how to start and remind us to trust the process and create. You don't have to make yours extra wide, just another way of doing things.
