As part of making a series of videos for West n Fresh Seafoods about how they catch their fish, I went cray fishing for a day with professional cray fishermen in Kalbarri Western Australia. Also known as Western Rock Lobster, the West Australian crayfish is delicious to eat in a variety of manners.
