Great advice. I've always said you can teach a person the skills to not suck at something but you can't teach them to care. They either do or they don't.

Culture you have in your Organization = Total Behavior You Celebrate (minus) Total Behavior you Tolerate

What’s your best advice for building culture?

@@jameshumphries5059 This Comment was just a selfish note for myself from this video at 4:31
I've got no skin in the game in building culture (Big or Small)
But If I do have to build one, then I guess I'd be starting off with a list of Behaviors:
      - *Behaviors To celebrate* (Create a reward structure for behavior that will/may result in an ideal outcome for the organization)
      - *Behaviors Not to tolerate* (Create a warning format)
      - The list of "To Tolerate behaviors" I think this will come eventually

How do you handle employees that are in the won't quadrant that pose themselves as in can't quadrant? I've found a few employees that use this as a way to get out of work, get preferable treatment, and get promoted fast. Do you have any recommendations for dealing with that?

It’s quite a small world , really nice to see James Robert being mentioned here . If you are a newbie he is one of the best out there that can help. I made my first $100k in profits just a few months after I started the last year. Now I hit consistent gains of his trade calls. Beautiful recommendation.

... Except that fine dining restaurants should not exist.... They are a waste of food, money, and time.
