@@tueloxmokgothu122 a good singer for me is anyone that's able to stay on pitch and is able to control their voice and tone - range can be a good feature but range isn't always the craziest thing that will wow people because there needs to be some versatility. We've seen Mahalia's versatility thru joyous with all the songs she's done and yes she had a good range and was a strong soprano - but even today now we're able to appreciate her tone more and the rawness in her voice - she was amazing before and she still is amazing now
