Toji is one of my favorite examples in the world of anime and manga of "You don't need to have a lot of screen time to be Fantastic", presence, design, personality, importance in the story, leaving trauma to Gojo and Geto, his fights are awesome, I love it
The last music from the list is called "Toji Zenin" because it played at the moment when the information of Toji's body was called upon by Grandmother Ogami. When summoned, she named him Zenin instead of Fushiguro because she didn't know about his family. this music, by the way, well describes Toji’s internal state, since judging by his black eyes, his soul has lost control over his body, but in the moment he remembers his son (at this moment there is also music “Toji memory”), and his sanity returns and he kills himself
Toji theme is just so menacing bro, like it feels like you got controled by a demon that killed everyone from a space but you dont know what happened seeing the blood in the ground, it feels that you did all of that
Toji's theme is the perfect definition of nightmare and a warning that a serial killer is near by what makes it terrifying is you dont know whats coming for you a human or a monster
The last song turning soft is like when Toji's wife appeared in his life calming him and his intensity, making him no longer care about wiping out the zenin or about anything else. I think the Song Toji Fushiguro should have been named Toji Zenin and This 'not yet known' version named Toji Fushiguro. I think that would have been awesome
Because he kill gojo and gojo know how to use negative energy so gojo be stronger than he was and found yuji who is eat sukuna finger 😂😂 i like your comment Sorry about my english language*
@@iraqihuman Ehhhhhhh nah It's because he showed up, bodied gojo, bodied geto, killed Riko, made Geto go insane because of the big group of people clapping their hands and celebrating the death of the star vessel, made Geto commit genocide, become a villain etc etc
If you wondered, the music at the last segment is named "Not Yet Known". i guess that's funny that you called it "i don't know yet". nice suite thought, definitely one i will keep in mind. Thanks !
I named it that way because the OST had just been released without an official english translation. I'm still not sure how to rename it, on Spotify the track is called "Still Unaware" for example ahahah
No idea if it is intentional but I feel like the "theme" or style of Toji's tracks are a sort of musical foil to Gojo's. A reflection of the characters themselves that exist in the opposite ends of the sorcerer world, their a dichotomy of outlook, experiences, personality; two sides of the same coin and the music is design to express that. The most similar tracks to me are the most somber ones and they both share personal tradgedy and in opposite ways again paternal love for Fushiguro.
Was actually thinking exactly this! Toji is the antithesis to Gojo. Where Gojo was born special and appraised his whole life as the strongest, Toji was born 'weak', and told from his very birth by his own family that he was nothing. Toji lived his life as an invisible man, rarely seen, in the shadows, while Gojo constantly lived life in the spotlight, idealized by everyone as the pinnacle of the Jujitsu world. Their fighting styles are even the opposite during their fights, Gojo using blue and utilizing his techniques while Toji uses only his physical abilities and careful planning to overpower him. Despite all these differences, they seem to have a common selfish worldview (pre Gojo's awakening,) and also both end up living lonely lives due to the things they were born as. They both isolate from the world around them, a world which hasn't treated them like humans, but like weapons. Toji is a mirror reflection of a Gojo who was seen not as a miracle, but as a monster. Their battle themes are pretty similar as well, both modern, synthy sounding tracks, but Gojo's is upbeat and high energy, while Toji's is menacing and intense. Really cool how symbolic these themes are for their characters.
