I love your videos! They feel quite neutral, but at the same time, they really pull you in 😍 Question: why do you blur the faces of only certain people? I’m not familiar with UA-cam’s rules, just curious. It would also be helpful to know in case I decide to make videos myself one day.
Hello dost namaste kaise ho aap soch rahe hain na mast Rahana Bindas Rahana Sahi Rahana Salamat na Apne Parivar ke sath mein man baap ke pass Hanuman Chalisa Hanuman ka gana good evening sabka Bhala karna
4:18 exactly! That’s exactly why I try to make most of my outdoors vlogs silent (and as faceless as possible). Not also the viewers, but when I show just my hands, hair and so on (anything else, but the face), it makes more immersive to me as well when I want to go back to that video and feel that same feeling again! Sometimes it’s not the case, bc of a matter of scale, for example (some buildings/ places don’t seem so big in camera, but when I appear, I can later have a better dimension of how big that place is… It rly depends of how I think the “feeling I got in that exact time/ place” will be better preserved/ delivered once I’m no longer there (or to others watching). I love your channel! Seasonally speaking, specially, your Winter ones in Japan (the Spring ones would come in second, even though they’re incredibly beautiful, but I just think you do a fantastic job capturing Winter). You’ve inspired me a lot to showcase my own surroundings (and travel to nearby places)!! It might not sound like a lot, but now I rly aspire to make some money out of it and be able to better support my college costs. God bless you always!! I hope yo have a great life!! ♥️
Thank you Sol for telling us about yourself and for the unique content that your community gives us. And thank you very much for taking us on a journey with you. ☕🥰
I've been a constant viewer for some time now but never commented before. I just have to say that I LOVE your video style! The music playing in the background while the text pops up on the screen. Love it. Your videos are the only ones I can watch when I'm sick, because others are just too loud for me.
I started traveling alone since two years ago and Japan wasn’t on my list this year but after I watch your vlog I decided to come to Japan and now I am in Osaka with massive tourist right now 😂 Thank you for wonderful videos❤
My favorite travel blogger to get ideas to travel around Japan! I want to visit every place that I see in your videos) For now, Kyoto + Kurama/Kibune + Kinosaki Onsen were amazing. It was easy to solo travel after watching your detailed videos. Thank you!
Thank you for your answers and for sharing more about yourself. The Ine video is wonderful and was the one that got me hooked on your channel. Congratulations on your success!
Thank you Sol! I watched your Kyoto vlog and i told my sister that even if you are not talking and just showing the place with a lot of information makes me happy. It feels like i learned/learning from your vlog with all those beautiful places….i subscribed right away! Thank you! Your vlog makes me happy!! It is nice to meet/know you!
finally this video is here!☆☆ thanks for all the answers you gave, it's nice to know you through your videos. I agree with using "we", it's like we are traveling together with a friend, another reason of why your channel is fascinating!!^^ 🌷 It looks like you have some vinyl, maybe in part two you could talk about your favorite artists (I already listen to your playlist) ~ ps: I love the cup you made in the previous vlogs♡ now I continue to watching the video, greetings from 🇮🇹
I absolutely love your videos! Especially the face-less style and the excellent choice of music. :) Thanks for enriching our life! What were your inspirations? Can you recommend content creators with a similar style of vlogging?
Oooh I was so looking forward to it. AND you updated it at weekend. The best combo. Also, I really admire how you're consistent with your work and don't mind taking the necessary rest to recharge yourself😊❤
Thank you, Sol, for sharing more about yourself with us. I may not see your face, but I love the effort you put into every video you upload. I am a planner/journal girl, but I have now started to consider vlogging as a way of journaling, too.
Sol, I always enjoy your videos, they relax me and motivate me. These days I have been surrounded by doubts about how to start documenting my trips, and your advice of "you don't need the latest phone or camera to start a channel" hit the nail on the head. You are a great inspiration for me! Thank you always~
Hii sol! Loved to know a lil more about you, being my fav vlogger..no matter what level of boredom my day's having I'll always be like "hey let's watch sol's vlog"my sista liked too😅 I loved your concept of "WE" .. you're my inspiration when I'll start vlogging, if sometime i move out haha!! Love ya sol from india! 🐋
So awesome!! Thank you for this vid! And thank you for sharing your process and answering questions about you and the vlog. I do very much admire the immersiveness of your videos, why is started watching em. Never was into watching youtube for any other than DIY channels and points. Yours was a 1st for me to follow with exploring Japan. Hooked me!! Now Korea. Thank you for that. Anyways, love it.
Finally, a Q&A!! Happy to know more about you. ❤ I really like Japan so I was naturally drawn to your videos and I especially liked the POV thing because it feels like we’re traveling with you. Korea looks fun too, I’m planning to go there next year and visit the places you shown me in the other videos. Thank you!!! PS: Love the black cat at the end of the vid, reminds me of Jiji ❤
That was awesome, thank you 💫 The way you experience and share things is very similar to how I do (I'm INFJ, although I keep getting nudged into ENFJ 🤔), especially in thinking of it as a journal. Your lifestyle is very appealing. My creativity and productivity is stifled by inattentive ADHD but I can't wait to travel again and try some video editing once I have some dopamine balance 😌 It's a wonderful thing to be able to enjoy your own company and at the same time have so much enthusiasm for sharing with others ✨
hi... actually, i have just known and followed you for a few months ago, but i wanna say that you're one of my inspirations to start my youtube channel as now. also, i like your Ine vlog most and hope you can make more travel vlogs
Thank you for the Q&A video. Got to know you more. You are slowly becoming one of my favourite You Tuber's. Also, looking forward to more Japan videos from you when you visit.
Ein wunderschöner UA-cam Kanal ❤ so kann man Japan und Südkorea kennen lernen, wunderschöne Videos 🥰 ich wünsche dir viel Glück und Gesundheit 🍀 liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.
Enjoy watching your videos! I really like how there’s a personal touch to them that makes me feel relatable. Also, where do you learn your photo/videography skills? I think your photos and videos are always captured from great angles! Btw could you share the recipes please? That’s a lot of questions and thanks for your patience! 🙏🏼😊
thankyou so much for sharing! as an aspiring vlogger, I have a few questions: 1. How often to do you suggest posting in the early days to gain traction / build an audience? 2. 3 years on, is UA-cam now your full time job? 3. Would love to know more about your editing process in general - would you consider doing a longer form “how to” video with helpful tips and tricks? sending love from Aus ❤
Really enjoyed learning a bit more about you and your journey. I know you mentioned you watched Lovely Runner recently(we are currently watching it too). What are some other Kdramas that you really enjoyed. I just started watching with my wife and recently finished love next door and Doctor slump. We would love any other recommendations 😁
That was very interesting! Tip re Scones - when you cut out, give a little twist when removing the implement. This will help in splitting into two halves. However, I did notice you didn’t have an issue with yours!
I came by to your channel when i visited tokyo years ago. Think i need some prefferences of aesthetic, hangout and sightseeing places, foods, and etc. I think your vlog is unique and enjoy watch with the flow, colour grading, non-face appearance, and off course the same taste of music. Many questions behind about personal and identity, but glad now you open this q&a space. Keep rolling and vlogging. Waiting every episodes more on
Lovely video Sol! 🥰 I didn't watch a lot of daily vlogs until I found your channel and since then I am always trying to find new channels of this type since they are my favourite ones, do you have some recommendations about other content creators (specially from Japan or Korea)?
I love your videos Sol. Am so glad i chanced upon it recently! Can you advise potential content creators when cameras or phones should be used for certain shots or when doing walking vlogs? What equipment you should use ? Thank you for all your lovely videos! They really inspire me☺️💕
Thanks for watching! I don’t have a set rule, but then I’m travelling or want higher quality footage I’d use my camera. When I’m walking I tend to use my phone more because the built in stabilisation is better and I can get a smoother shot!
I enjoy everything about your videos and have been subscribed for a few months, but as far as not showing your face, it's like we're with you wherever you are and watching you, and have become friends with you, but you have a towel over your head! Lol. Occasionally, it would be nice for the towel to come off. Many UA-camrs show their faces and for that their videos become even more immersive. Regardless, Sol Life is in my top three channels for Asian life and ASMR. Thank you.
Hello Sol, How are you? Thank you for this new video and series of questions and answers. It's been great getting to know you and your background a little better. I really liked your first recipe and it made me want to do the same. It looked very good. I really like cakes. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing your next video. Have a nice day, Alain.
You are my reference to plan my trip to Korea because your trip goes to non-tourist area that is also beautiful equally. I remember your aunt gave you the rice cooker. My question would be, is your family (parents) in Korea as well? Will you ft them in future vlogging?
My wife and I love your videos!!! I want to get into something like this myself, and struggled with filming in front of people while being out and about when I tried for the first time. Do you feel comfortable filming everywhere you go in public? And do you have any tips for beginners like myself? ☕️🦊
Thanks for watching! I think since I work with videos I’m used to just taking out my camera and filming! I usually don’t feel self conscious about it. But if you feel uncomfortable filming in a crowded restaurant or cafe i suggest starting by just using your phone and just place it on the table rather than using a tripod. I think it’s easier and less noticeable! Once you get used to it I think you’ll start to feel less self conscious. Overall I think people aren’t paying attention to you as much as you think!
@@SolLife_ Thank you so much for getting back to me. I really appreciate it! Do you ever ask the shops if it's cool to film? I was thinking of doing so in some cases. I will be sure to send you the page once it's up and running. My goal is to do it around the SW for now and broaden out. Hope you are well!
Thank you for answering your questions. We know you more now.....which is a good thing. 👍👏❤ P.S. If I lived in South Korea, I would pick Busan as my home city. 😍
As much I understand about not showing face in vlog thing.. i think if ever ever ever by any chance you feel comfortable to show your face we'll enjoy your vlog then also! Just letting yk! :)❤
Thank you Sol. I always enjoyed watching your videos. I just started my youtube channel from way before but never made videos . I joined a contest that’s why I end up making vlogs hehe and most of the videos I am watching are also faceless or silent vlogs like you hehe I think that’s why you’re channel came up and I started watching your vlogs. This was very fun and helpful too. I learned a lot from you. But I have a question because I find it awkward filming outside most especially in a restaurant or any public places do you mind sharing your tips and do you bring tripod with you because that was a bit of a challenge for me hehe. Thank you in advance if you happen to read this question hehehe.

Heyy watching your videos since a year , its so comforting 💕 I'm in last year of college in commerce I'm very much interested in marketing and specially in What your doing , may I know how can I achieve it and skills I should learn it will be very helpful ❤☺️
I wonder if you ever struggled with feeling self concious when filming outside, where other people can see you. For example setting up the camera in front of you while sitting in a crowded café. Any advice on how to overcome this and just do it anyway?

What ratio 4k/1080p? fps-? bit rate-? to upload video from editing app. because my video takes to much time to upload on youtube because file was little big in size
I was wondering how easy is it to get food in korea without chilli? I’m fully allergic to it but so much korean food seems to have so much in it. i’d love to visit but i’m be worried i have to eat at western fast food places 😅
If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to ask! I'll try to make a part 2 in the future :)
I loved the video! One question that I have is if you have another job besides youtube
I'm mostly neutral in regards to this but I'm sure many would love to know if you're romantically available
I love your videos! They feel quite neutral, but at the same time, they really pull you in 😍
Question: why do you blur the faces of only certain people? I’m not familiar with UA-cam’s rules, just curious. It would also be helpful to know in case I decide to make videos myself one day.
how you color grade! i have so much to learn as a new vlogger 😭
Why you don't show your face
I appreciate the video format you use with no speaking and soft music. It is the main reason I watch your channel. Thank you
Glad you enjoy it!

Thank you Sol! Awesome to see how you adjust the cameras for different angles and perspectives. 🩷
That was awesome, thank you 💫

Thank you for answering your questions. We know you more now.....which is a good thing. 👍👏❤ P.S. If I lived in South Korea, I would pick Busan as my home city. 😍
also i know about busan is its the place to go to be safe from zombies. but jokes aside it does look beautiful.
Thanks for watching! Really enjoyed my trip to Busan as well!

Did u include the squash peel in the blender?does it add to bitter taste?
@@SolLife_ thank you for replying to my message. I appreciate the advice that’s very helpful and encouraging. I’ll do my very best. Thanks again 😊
Heyy watching your videos since a year , its so comforting 💕 I'm in last year of college in commerce I'm very much interested in marketing and specially in What your doing , may I know how can I achieve it and skills I should learn it will be very helpful ❤☺️
❤❤❤❤
I wonder if you ever struggled with feeling self concious when filming outside, where other people can see you.
For example setting up the camera in front of you while sitting in a crowded café.
Any advice on how to overcome this and just do it anyway?
