    I just listened to an interview he did with Lillie Kane and he mentioned another supplement which I didn't quite get. It was not on this list.

    Hi Dr. Chiu! I really like the approach you take making your videos. Straight to the point, clean, and very engaging. Can you please make more videos? Also, is it okay to take all the supplements you mentioned in pill form everyday? Or is that not recommended?

    Wow, this all sounds so good! I have been trying some of this, and need to add supplements to my diet. The rest of it, moving slower, stressing less, focusing on intense brain challenges all day online, has not done much. Exercise has helped a ton, up to a point. After that point, it becomes destructive fast and I feel like I am going to die. But thanks. Supplements are the next At Bat!
