In almost every video you say, “I hope this was helpful”. My hope is that you would know just how helpful and inspirational you and Jim are. You’re a gifted teacher Pam, and what a different world we would be living in if more teachers had your gift! Most teachers are well intentioned with huge hearts but do not have the same ability to put such technical information together in a simple, easy to understand format that leaves you going, wow, I get it! Thank you! This is very helpful.
@Dr. Christopher Johnson I live in The Netherlands, we are safe yes thank you! but we do have a huge energy crisis and 17 % inflation so the future of this country and Europe is uncertain. Take care!
Pam you are an amazing educator and I'm so glad you're willing to share your knowledge with us on UA-cam. That was the easiest and best explanation of how to set up your solar panels I've ever seen. I'm not as intimidated anymore to try that myself.
Thanks, Pam and Jim. After watching your videos about solar and the Bluetti we are now making plans to purchase one for emergency back-up. I love that you bring science into your videos, Pam.
Thank you so much!! I just got small solar generator with four 100 watt panels and did not have any idea what to do. I think I may need to purchase another cable, but because you made this so clear, I know I can hook it up!!
Wow! You did that in heels! Once you get these things, I find that carrying them out and setting them up is more of a chore then connecting them. But I love your tutorial because it is confusing for us non-electricians. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, you have to haul it to the backyard.
What a great video! I am very much a visual learner. I have always wondered whether they actually charged on cloudy/overcast days. Great to see that they actually do
You gave me the confidence to make an educated decision on buying and setting up a portable solar system and I am forever grateful. I have no one to assist me with these decisions but now it looks like I can do this by my little self. 😊
Blessings from east Texas Pam & Jim. Thank you so much for this video!🥰 P.S. Outstanding video. I am the type person that learns best from visual instruction. God bless you for making this type of presentation, it’s so helpful.
Greetings! I bought the Baby Bluetti because of your video. What a slick, classy machine this is. I am impressed, and it's so easy to operate. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Oh my goodness, this is sooo helpful! Thank you Pam and Jim for shleping and demonstrating for us. Much appreciaton. And Pam did it in heels and upside down. 😉 Much love and gratitude for you both!
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Based on your recommendations, which confirmed the way we were leaning, we bought a Bluetti. We went through your Amazon store and also bought the cables, solar panels, etc. that you used. I can't wait until they get here and I can set them up!
THANK YOU so much for these solar videos. You have made the rather confusing process (for me anyway) extremely easy to understand. Honestly, after approximately two years of trying to figure out which brand to go with, extra cables needed, and what would be best for my family’s needs (getting more confused with each video) you taught me within 30 minutes of viewing your videos exactly what I need to know. I appreciate you so much. ❤
this is perfect timing for us. We just bought an Ecoflow. The panel that came with it does not charge it fast enough. We decided that we need more panels so we can charge it completely in several hours instead of several days.
Thank you so much. It really is helpful to see everything done from a-z and you have a knack for keeping things as simple as possible…not an easy feat.
Enjoyed this so much I should have payed more attention in school. I’ve learned so much from your channel about canning, even though I have canned and grown a garden you have brought new ways to improve on what I thought I knew.I will be 60 in February and hope to start some new adventures with my husband. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and fun spirit. It is a great encouragement.
I picked up a Jackery charger but Jackery solar panels were so expensive that I went with an off brand panel. I guess I need to unpack them to be sure they work with the Jackery charger. I might have to go on an adapter search. Thank you for bringing that possibility to my attention.
THANK YOU, AGAIN! The timing of this video is so right on target! Hurricane Ian just missed us here in Tampa but believe me I thought of getting a bluetti because of your last video! I don't care about refridgerators/freezers or anything else like that but you have to have AC to survive the heat and humidity! Thank you both for all for getting the word out about portable power!
You are an amazing lady and a great teacher. Thank you for sharing your information and hard work in finding a way to make solar easier and affordable. You are much appreciated.
I believe that is the way we are headed. We checked into solar being installed & the guy wouldn't even discuss it. Said we had to get rid of the canopy from the trees.
I have three portable power stations. They got progressively bigger, lol. I have two suitcase solar panels which are great for the camper van and I can run them in a parallel. I am looking to add regular panels to roof rack. The panels themselves are very affordable imo but the batteries get pricey.
I have learned so much from you. My husband will do the set up because I was afraid it was too complicated for my attention span. After watching you I will be fully involved. Thank you!
You are totally awesome. Luv. Luv. Luv your teaching. So helpful. Will be setting up my solar next week! Will follow your model. So grateful yo have found you.
Thank you so much for your explanations! This has been so helpful for us. We are interested in solar and have used it so far in a small way in our chicken coop and shed with good results. Really appreciate the info 😊
Thank you, just the info I needed. You are such a wonderful teacher. I so appreciate all of your videos. I have learned so much from you regarding self sustainability.
Another great video. I have the Bluetti ac300 + 2 b300 batteries, and, a similar sized RV as yours. I would be interested in how you use your Bluetti with your RV, and, especially how long it will run your A/C (about 1 hr?). Also, how would you connect your Bluetti to your RV? I've been thinking about getting the Bluetti unit you have for portability. Thank-you for all your helpful videos and info. May God Bless you both.
Hi Pam and Jim, fantastic video! I would love a little science lesson on how solar panels convert the sun's energy to electricity. I don't remember learning that in school! 😁 Thanks!
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT JOB EXPLAINING THIS NANA!! :-). I WATCHED THE 1ST VIDEO TWICE BEFORE I UNDERSTOOD. :-) LOVE LOVE WHEN YOU HIT US WITH SCIENCE LESSONS.... MAKES ME MISS COLLEGE LECTURES. I AM SAVING PENNIES TO BUY THIS ENTIRE SETUP. Perhaps a 3rd channel is in your future.... Science with Nana ... Teeheee ❤️
Thanks, Pam for the demonstration. You make it so easy for us who know nothing about it. Where can I get one of those nifty little wheeled carts that you have the Bluetti sitting on??? I am a senior and don't know if I can carry that unit.
Video Request Please: Would you consider doing a video testing the Presto Pressure Canner Weighted “Accessory” (5/10/15) which is branded by Presto…in place of the fixed weight regulator that comes with it? I purchased the weight but am afraid to use it. I cannot afford the All American which used a weights to regulate. Your “testing” videos using your computerized tracking system has opened my eyes. I am so grateful for your “test” videos. Thank you
Hi Deb. If you are talking about the 23 quart or 17 quart stovetop Presto, no need to test any of the the stove top canners with the 5/10/15 lib weights--they are all safe and recommended by USDA. I have tested my 23 quart presto and it is very safe.
What I believe I you are speaking of is replacement of the 15lb regulator weight that comes with the visual gauge instead of the 3 part "weighted gauge". When purchased from presto it comes with paper that states when you use all three parts 15lb setting, it will rock at 16.5lbs. In speaking with Presto that stated this perfectly fine to use. Their only instructions they stated was that you should only choose one or the other, don't jump back and forth between visual gauge and weights. This is very helpful to those of us who don't want stand and stare at the gauge and want to just listen for the proper rocking and get other things done and the pressure can be kept steadier with the weights instead of continually adjusting the temp. Also if you live in a area where you can't get your gauge checked regularly this is the answer!
I just purchased the BLUETTI Portable Power Station AC200MAX and 2 B230 battery packs. Are there any additional connection adapters that we might need to get it all charged? Or are all the charging cables included?

I second that, wholeheartedly! Thanks Pam..and Jim! Interior of BC, Canada 🇨🇦
Solar setup in overwhelming for the average Jane and Joe.
Thanks for trying to break it down to be less intimidating.
And she did it all in high heels! Thank you so much for this video, love it🤩
@Dr. Christopher Johnson I live in The Netherlands, we are safe yes thank you! but we do have a huge energy crisis and 17 % inflation so the future of this country and Europe is uncertain. Take care!

I loved the presenter setting up the outdoor solar demonstration wearing a nice outfit and heels. Well done.
I probably watched this video 15 times. thank-u
Wow! You are welcome!
Pam, you made that look so easy and simple. If you can do this all while wearing heals, surely it must be possible for me too. :) Thank you so much.
It’s obvious that you’ve had a teaching career because you’re an excellent teacher! You made this SO understandable! Thanks so much!!!!
Oh my gosh. I just love your fearless exploration into so many things!! Thank you for your hard work. I learn a lot from you.
Thanks, Pam and Jim. After watching your videos about solar and the Bluetti we are now making plans to purchase one for emergency back-up. I love that you bring science into your videos, Pam.

Llee: I am happy we were assist you in getting the information you needed. Jim
You certainly explained to this woman who knows nothing about solar panels how to do this. Well done.
OMG. What a great demonstration from a great teacher. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
I totally agree with your comment.
You are so welcome!
Pam, not only do you provide helpful and easy-to-understand information but you are just so darn likable.
Wow! You did that in heels! Once you get these things, I find that carrying them out and setting them up is more of a chore then connecting them. All of that in heels! You are an inspiration.
Best demonstration on solar panels. Been trying to figure out. I’ll try it now.

Thank you so much! Very helpful information.
Great demonstration! Now it makes sense. Thank you.
Pam, you and Jim are superstars! Just amazing how much you do! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Elsie: You are so welcome! Jim
Thanks for your info. This is the most helpful video on connection for a beginner that I have seen
Thank you so much for all the informations, this is great, I do appreciate all your videos, thank you again👍

Fantastic! We are glad we could help. Jim
Thank you Pam! Idk why, but I cannot grasp all things solar and how they work. It completely intimidates me. These videos have helped immensely!
Classy-dressed teacher!
this is perfect timing for us. We just bought an Ecoflow. The panel that came with it does not charge it fast enough. We decided that we need more panels so we can charge it completely in several hours instead of several days.
Cam I ask what extra ones you got. I also bought eco Flow
Do check. I know that units like the Jackery limit the amount of power into it for charging. Extra panels may not help. I have a Jackery.
Thank you so much. It really is helpful to see everything done from a-z and you have a knack for keeping things as simple as possible…not an easy feat.
So, so helpful, thank you both so very much!
You are an exceptional educator, thank you so much for your wonderful videos.

Thank you so much! I would like to see how to attach the panels to the supports that hold them at an angle?
Trailblazers? Didn't know. Will have to check this out. And thank you for doing a solar video.
Thank you very much Pam. We'll understood.
Great demonstration, thanks!
Great presentation; very timely information. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the video!
Love love warching your videos! Love the detail! Thank you for sharing
FYI, both RoseRed and Trail Grazers Amazon stores are not working.
October 11 and 12 were Prime Access deal days. I would consider that too many folks were logged onto Amazon both days. I would try again tomorrow.
