We always though in the confort of the client. The best way to achieve this is work together with the customer, and let it see the mistakes in their decisions, but if the customers don't want change of mind... and want the TV 2 meters over their head... we only follow the instruction... 😜
Hi! the bracket comes with bolts, we always install or use this ones. It depends on the type of wall where we are working on. If your TV is a Samsung No gap wall mount the story is different.

@@jgarner447 look at the back of your TV at the bracket, if this one has two large bars you new TV must fit on this bracket, is only uninstall and reinstall in your new TV the same bracket, off course you have to measure the distance between your bar, the new TV and the bar, you can mesure the line between the top of your wall bracket and your sound bar, after that mesure the distance of the hook of the bracket bar and the bottom of your new TV plus few CM more and done!
I have been told by family members that I need to remove my drywall and add studs perpendicular to the existing studs so I can screw the mount into my 24" studs and at 16" on the Perpendicular studs. Is this necessary for a 75" TV? Can't I just mount it to the studs 24 inches apart?
If you find the studs and this ones are from ceiling to the floor, you don't need move anything. I thing, if you will go to install your TV on the wall with a flat bracket, you don't need modified your wall. And for sure, you can install your TV of 75" in that studs.
you can use studs that are there just pre-drill holes so as not to split or crack wood. don't drill all the way through stud. I have had a 75in tv hang on my mount for years no problem. wt: close to 80lbs.

Oh! Sorry! No my friend, you can't, because this TV comes with only two holes for legs or stands. If this doesn't fit to you table, you can buy another kind of base or a reference of Samsung with base.

Need advise from you guys. I have a stud in the center of the wall. On the left of it is a stud 17 inches apart and on the right is 15 inches. Either studs i use, my plate will be so offset that i cant center my TV. ON the upper portion of the wall, the contractors screwed studs horizontally crossing the 3 studs. Can you picture it? What TV mount can i use for this situation?
Hi Steven, if your TV is big enough you could use a big bracket, or, you could install your TV center but the wall-mount off center, you will need to do very good measurements. In this kind of cases we commonly let the tv sit on one of the sides of the bracket, exactly in which is far from the customer sight.

If only they put the TV VESA points in the same lace on the Q95... I need to relocate my TV mount from the previous 60inch, as the Q95 mount is much higher on the back of the TV frame.

Hi friend... of what? The installation or TV? We do this installations for $400AUD, this include the bracket and all the process (without cables and cable hidden). But the TV maybe cost $3.500AUD

What was the size of the bolts used to install the brackets on the TV. QLED is quite Slim so none of the Sanus mount bolts fit in.
