I hope his ideas become more well-known... this all seems to be very healthy thinking that is much needed in our world

I started writing my life story about six months ago. It gave me the opportunity to take an honest look at how I spent my time, as I moved through the decades. What a great way to wake up to myself and feel more relaxed and alive.

I love his example of batching the milking of cows to get it all done and out of the way. I started laughing because I used to do that-not with milking cows but I put a strain on myself by how I focused my time. An all or nothing approach - wow! Good insight.

Thank you Neill for this, - allowing Oliver such time (how ironic)...to so freely discuss and express his thinking/insights here. Unlike another Podcast, I was listening to, but not subscribed fully, with a well known "other". The book is on my list for early purchase in 2022. How can it not be?

I am so grateful for this interview - wonderful timing to have this arrive in my recommendations at this point in my journey - and I look forward to picking this book up for a Christmas holiday read. With much appreciation 🙏

Is it ironic listening to this at 1.5x speed? XD

Jools Holland and Roger Daltry also have model train sets. Creating models is a form of meditation and flow.

2:55 the question is not, what is the answer? The question is, what is the question?

Pls don't say 100% after every reply.it is annoying.

You’re quite easily annoyed. He also came not even close to “after every” reply.
