The Sick Boi part is having a bit of a dig at the Kujo Beats situation I think. "Money makes the Sick Boi sicker." The greed on the part of the other party, made Ren (Sick Boi) even sicker through stress, which allowed his health to deteriorate and eventually (in part) culminated in him ending up in A&E and hospital.
