Lol omg I worked there back in the 90s when it was still at Jax Brewing. 25 years later and the script is the exact same as it was when we preformed it. That job was a blast.

I visited NOLA back in the mid 90s and someone took us to the Riverwalk and these guys started doing their routine but it was much better than this at that time. There were 6 employees and they got up on steps in the back and all did the singing and dancing and when the song was done, the fudge was ready. It was sooo good and I've never forgotten how entertaining it was. These guys are great but imagine 6 like him all singing to top of their lungs!

I worked at the Fudgery in the Riverwalk circa 1994-95. We rocked it! Mike 1, Mike 2, Duck, Half Pint, Chantal, Sparkle, Kiana (that’s me)! Can’t remember the others but we made history 😂
