At the moment, kissing Kate only makes her give you a quick smile afterwards and in regards to Eleanor there is no further depth into their relationship, yet, I would assume there will be eventually. Mori gets shot regardless, and the rest of the opposite decisions if taken differently, don't seem to have a major impact, yet. The only real significant consequence is if you lie or don't come clean in any way towards Clementine then she will not trust you.
