From what I got from the tv series and CW's flash is kinda but it speeds up time to the point a few months on earth is 1000 years in hell.

Nah. It's not possible. Lucifer is one of the strongest characters in all of DC.

@@KJetixsSuccessor Unfortunately, Lucifer Morningstar isn't treated the way demons are as he is literally an angel, and thus has none of the weaknesses of what is typical of what people think from hellish entities.
he is also the ruler of Hell, and thusly is the punisher of all sinners. He knows all your sins, all your greatest desires, can affect basically ANY being even those that are incredibly powerful by charming them. He is a master of every fighting style, is ridiculously strong, is unbelievably fast, has a near impossible degree of knowledge and far more.
He doesn't have an innate weakness to exploit. He is also impervious to attacks. If I recall, there are 2 ways to harm him. Be someone he is in-love with, or utilize weapons forged by demons. The former... Good luck lol. The latter? Also good luck. He is still a master class fighter with advantages in literally every area while being able to toy with a mortal mind. Batman can barely deal with Superman while having kryptonite available to him. This is as if Superman could mind control him, could curse him, was truly immortal, could harm the soul, and was both faster/stronger while NOT having a direct debuff counter available.
