I think Farhad Ishtiaq has clarified in a tweet on that saying the use of zeher was an attempt to simplify sepsis due to miscarriage. They could have used the correct technical terms I think even if some people would not have understood right away.
The point about doing research to portray accurate scenes is well made. Nothing kills authenticity and mood of any performance where you can spot technical mistakes. Loved this episode. Keep it up guys.
I feel bad for Mustafa guy never get chance to celebrate his accomplishments He made games twice 1 his boss didnot give any credit he received deception He got 2nd chance 2 he made game with his partner partner spent all capital Mustafa worked hard when fruitful outcome he couldn't feel his success victory happiness excitement his Surjeena was in hospital his father was in hospital

So i wana give all credit to wrtter n director for success kmkt is likeable relatable hyped for valid reasons Fahad Mustafa Haniya Addel Rubab Javad shaikh with director producers wrtter did justice.
I haven’t watched Humsafar (just a few mins on tv when it was on air and I was passing by) or Zindagi gulzar hai (few months ago but gave up after the first episode). Watched many episodes of Suno Chanda, a year ago but lost interest eventually and didn’t finish it. And one family drama about 3 brothers and their parents and joint family system, whose name I can’t even remember. That’s the total of Pakistani dramas I’ve watched in the last 25 years. I only began KMKT, because of Faridoon Shaharyar’s video. However, I gave up watching it twice. The plot of larki ki izzat and zabardasti ki shaadi was so ghissa pitta in 2024. And then the alpha female boss revealing her feelings after 4 years, was so ridiculous. And the father kicking the son out for refusing to go ahead with the wedding. The first few episodes had so many weak points. But faridoon made more videos on KMKT and I tried again. It was on my third attempt of watching that I got hooked. May be around the 10th episode 😂😂
@zaraahmer ok so skipping Humsafar in 2024 makes sense, but Zindagi Gulzar hai is still relevant. One of my all time favorite dramas and I know how much eefa dragged me to watch KMKT I had to be patient with this drama but what made it bearable was the initial bond between Sharjeena and Mustafa plus Mustafa being a game freak and IT Enthusiast
You know i feel KMKT isn’t about the story as such . It’s all the cast, environment and the whole feel of it makes you enjoy it. The story line is old but there is something that gets you hooked. 😊
Disagree on Sharjeena's mother. I think she was spot on myabe not in terms of timing but in terms of reframing the miscarriage as fate rather than blaming mustafa or anyone else. The way she reassures Mustafa that sharjeena still loves him and just needs time was very endearing. Also Rubab's acting was a little on the cringe side.

har kisi ko yeh bataane me show off karna he ke draame me kya technical flaws hain. trust me, if you guys had a chance to create a singe scene with all the resources, you couldn't even deliver a dialogue at public places and infront of professionals. So you should appreciate the makers of this drama instead of pointing out what was wrong in it.
