- This guided meditation is for releasing any negative past, emotions, connection and much more. You will connect and work with the pure divine light of the Source and Archangel Michael.
Collecting energy debris is quite normal as we go through life and cleaning out our energy field is very beneficial for our physical and emotional wellbeing.
Symptoms of having heavy cords attached to you may include:
Inability to move on
Unable to stop thinking or obsessing about a person
Frequent conversations in your mind with a person
Frequently remembering what they said in the past, feeling their ongoing judgment or criticism
Arguments, sometimes daily in your mind with someone (these can be actual psychic arguments)
Temptation to go back to a relationship that does not serve you
Stalking another online through social networking, watching them compulsively
Unable to sleep, or endless processing of the past
Deep feelings of sadness, anger, and depression around the past
Feelings of wanting to get revenge, or constantly aware of unfair treatment
Crying a whole lot, an emotional wreck
Turning down other offers and invitations, stuck in the past, feeling uninterested
What can you expect once the cords are cut?
You can expect to find your mind no longer dwells upon the person, ideas, things etc as the psychic attachment has been dissolved. Your mind is quieter, calmer and it is like cleaning out a closet - all those old emotions associated dissolve. You will now have extra space to fill it with something new and positive. You will feel vitality and creativity rushing back into your life.

This is my FAVORITE detachment meditation. It is very powerful. I have used it to detach from people (yes they will notice you have started detaching... do not give In because you’re obviously cutting cords for a good reason)
Overall this meditation is beautiful and powerful and if you drift asleep you will still get benefits. Try to stay awake though through the process.

I listen every night to your videos before sleep ,I'd say almost always I fall asleep half way through.really is a great way to end my day .the manifesting has been working for me ,it took 3 weeks then I received $21,000 When I really needed it .then I had been thinking I was bored with my job and I received an offer out of the blue with a 40% pay raise .I havnt taken the job yet though as I'm hoping my other manifestation comes this week .I currently need to figure out what it is I really want that will fulfill my life and then manifest it with your videos I wonder if that is a possible future video ,helping people find what they really want .anyway thank you for your great work ,you are helping many which is something very special

Meditations with Rasa Lukosiute no problem rasa ,kinda cool for me to have some input ,i have another suggestion if its ok.a meditation for people to overcome addictions like smoking,drugs,alcohol .i smoke cigars in the evening and i know its horrible.there are other channels that have these meditations but the way you do it really works for me and obviously many others .thank you

Hi Rasa, I've been using your meditations a lot. They help me sleep. I've done this one and the self love one for 2 nights now, and I feel a significant amount of pain has been lifted. I feel able to focus on myself. That I don't need anybody to make me feel whole or happy because I am fine on my own. And now I know, that I am open to receiving anything that comes my way. Did anyone hear archangel michael near the end of video? Heard a loud clear bold voice saying the cords have been cut. I was in a sleep like state when I heard it. It was so loud n clear it startled me & i woke up.
Wow😮!!!!! This meditation was so very deep. Up until the part where Michael cuts the cords, I was having lots of negative self talk and doubt that this would do anything. I’m kind of in a weird place mentally, lots of self doubt and questioning beliefs lately. And that’s a cord I realized I needed to cut. After the cords were cut I could feel voids in various parts of my body. I felt light and like I was being pulled upward. It was amazing. Thank you so much for this.
