I think the reason take issue with you using the function keys so much, it's not necessarily that you use them a lot, but rather the duration. To you, a player who has been in challenger many times over the years, there is probably a lot of information you can glean from it, but from lower tier players or people will lower dynamic retinal vision, it just looks like ugly blurs before their eyes can adjust. I think people just don't believe you can possibly get the information you need in the fraction of a fraction of a second you look at it, coupled with the fact that sometimes you'll bounce back to a certain champion like 5 times in a second, further enforcing that if you just took the time to look for perhaps an entire second, you could get the same information.
It should be mentioned that this is a recording and the FPS of a recording is usually around 30 fps (or if it's higher quality 60fps). To put it simply, while we only see him check for maybe half a second what's happening in whatever lane. In reality that might have been a second or maybe 1,5 sec, but because of the recording quality the amount of frames we see is less which makes it harder for us to gleam whatever information he is seeing and thus makes it more annoying to watch.
So I disagree with Kayn being a good pick for low elo players. Because like you yourself said playing him requires lots of experience and game knowledge and most low elo players do not have this. Personally, I think something gank heavy (aka lots of CC) that doesn't have a high skill cap is really strong. Think Vi, J4, Mummie as these champs don't really require a lot of game knowledge. Reason I say this is also because I am a low elo player (Silver 2) and I have been playing Kayn on my smurf account that curr in bronze 4, and I've been finding it really hard to carry with him (currently on mastery lvl 5). I'm still learning how to clear fast and how to use my E to travel faster over the map + ganking paths. He's clearly not an easy jungler to learn, IMO compared to the previously mentioned junglers.

There was a Kai'Sa Mid that was screaming in chat(before I learned you could mute it) telling me to gank his lane(which was gragas and had flash too) So anytime I tried. He would dash away and flash if that was on cd. We ended up winning because I fed top and top fed me

Your games are very inciteful, but im getting motion sickness from you bouncing around non stop. Function keys are important but your spamming them out of habit not information.
1:30 Didn't Sinerias account in another region on the road to rank 1 have 100% up until... Grandmaster Elo? I don't recall the exact details, but he has 1 video from that time showing proof.
when do you do the dblade long sword start as opposed to going straight for first item?
if you're not ahead from the game you can go for it. dblade's stats is so good that makes you monster in your early but it delays your snowballing if you ahead just go for mythic
