i like to learn from the first rides of other people. i havent bought a motorcycle yet and i wanna see what mistakes happen the most and then i can learn how to avoid those.
nothing replaces just getting out there and doing it, once you get on a bike youll be learning as if you’d never watched a video so just get out there and start riding! Def recommend an MSF course. Stay safe and have fun man!!
@@BensCanyonAT4 Thats valid, but in my case its not possible. I dont have a bike yet, im in driving school and I have limited hours of riding. Then i must pass an exam that will give me the driving license.
You can get into the menu settings to change rpm warning. Hold both buttons and see what they don't tell you. Also same for getting service light off. You can set service reminder to mileage you want to service at also instead of 6000km
I always get dealership to do first service so I keep longer warranty. 2years unlimited mileage Kawasaki warranty. Honda was 2 or 3 but only 1yr if you service instead of dealer
no way you bought new from del scamo redondo. i went in there and walked straight out after they said otd for an r3 was 10k~11k. bought a n400 used from FB marketplace after
@@scottk3402 yeah kinda wanted to just not get it after hearing the price but I had my mind to buy a new one. I had to haggle to get almost 2k off of what they wanted lol 😂
@@Jay.ridezz I understand you bro. I paid extra $1350 & $950 for interstate delivery on 40th 500's just because I love the colours. Now I own 5 and c*nt hair close to another 40th 500. Zx4rr zx6r also in collection 🎉 (40th 500 sold out Australia and you had to put $$ down to even get on the waiting list). My problem is yesterday another 40th 500 arrived at dealership (months and months after I put $ down) but I now 40th anniversary collection and for me getting another available 40th anniversary 500 is hard to walk away from. that kinda hurts that you rev a cold new bike to 8k instant :D you better give that thing some time to get warm, and dont rev it over like half the rpm in the first 1000km
@@jamesgeorgevellavella1961 Safety measure how? I don't mean to sound rude btw. But if you mean that when you're waiting at a traffic light and you're in first gear, it's obvious that you have to pull in your clutch, otherwise you'll stall. But for me, I've never seen someone wait at a traffic light holding his clutch in while in neutral. Sure you can wait in neutral, but pulling yoir clutch in is unnecessary right??
It was my first ride months after my 2 day msf course and I was so nervous that I forgot most of what they told me lol. But yeah I agree with you I rode that shit like a scooter 😂. Go watch my recent short video, might find something interesting 🫣
Pretty sure by working real hard. It took me 6 months to save up for it and even decided to start doing Uber eats on a bicycle at the beginning of this journey, to help get some more money for it. I learned that if you want something real bad you’ll find a way to make it happen!!
Im 44 and only now in a position to buy new. Work hard and you'll get to live your dreams. My situation is because of my father (I looked after him for last 8 years of his life) He left me in a financially comfortable position. I own 5 or 6 40th anniversary bikes and if it wasn't for dad I'd only have one for wife and another for myself instead of having zx6r zx4rr and too many 500's all in 40th. My next home and the better area is also from dad or I'd be in the same area that having anything of value gets you robbed. I miss you dad and always will. Thanks pop
.... You're not missing anything..... It doesn't really change your life.... If you wanna do stunts that are safe Just get an RC3D helicopter that go upside down....
They let people just walk in and buy a ninja that clearly never rode a bike before?! I feel bad for that bike you need a pw50 not a 500. I can't watch anymore 😭

Just grabbed one of these. For the first 150 miles the recommended break in is to not get the rpms over 4k.
Oh shit hell yeah nice to finally see a bike video over on my side of town lol ride safe brotha planning on getting a 500 too

Do you have to get out of gear when you stop? You were still in 2nd gear at the red light 5:41
why do you hold in your clutch when you're in neutral?
Probably habit. I do same at traffic lights 90% of the time. Its also a safety measure
