The black rock for rubbing dead skin is called a pumice stone here. I use one. The long dried gourd is called a loofa sponge. When the loofah is fresh, and not dried, you can eat it just like zucchini/courgettes.

Here most people don't have shops so most of the things are straight from the garden and the ones with clothes etc have a chance to sell they thing instead of waiting or selling from home

I hate the fact that most products are sold at foot ground level, the city councils could at least put waist level selling platforms.
