Lee Min Ho is on both lists with surgery and no surgery 😄… very confusing .being honest, your choice was actors with feature already thin as with a surgery does that it can be easily thought they had one,..so perhaps they have more actors without that we are thinking and the makeup played to give a more western look to the character with makeup ..anyway with or without the charm is natural and their sexiness also, I hope one day they surgery won’t be a need for those artists, and I am watching for their talent..
