One of the most beautiful railway routes in India - Kasara (Thull) Ghats

Monsoons are beautiful, lush and fresh. More so when you are in the western ghats. Thull ghats between Igatpuri and Kasara is one among the most beautiful railway sections in India and here we have two trains crossing each other somewhere in the middle of the ghat section.
This little ghat section on the Mumbai - Manmad - Nagpur route turns into green-heaven during Monsoon. With its eye-pleasing greenery, low clouds, rivulets, tunnels, viaducts and water falls, this railway route is one among the prettiest in India. Here are some glimpses from this Indian railway route. Mumbai - Nasik train route or Mumbai - Manmad train route as they popularly refer.
