Some of my favs because I would usually win on them are Brittany Spears, Hangover, and the original Stinkin' Rich. Currently love Jubilee machines too. They can pay off really well sometimes.
I stuck a 5 dollar bill in a slot drunk af at the Excalibur left with 1200 dollars went back up to my room with tacos for everyone. Such a wonderful trip!
I played a Penny Slot at $3 max bet at NYNY Las Vegas and on the first tap, it hit the Progressive jackpot of $45k. They offered me to stay for a whole week; free suite and food. I said, naagh! I took my money and drove home!!! 😂😅😂 Great video guys. Love your channel. ❤
Thanks for great tips. If I double my money or hit a really nice jackpot but want to keep playing I'll cash out but put in the same amount I started with until I win again or lose it. This way I'll either break even or be ahead. Another tip, play for entertainment. Unless you are really lucky you aren't going home rich. Last tip, for some reason I tend to have better luck the night before or the morning before I head home. Not sure why.🤔
Hi Tanya and Dave I love your videos My name is Tanya I'm from Australia I came to Vegas with my mum we don't drink or really gamble but it it is Vegas we put $20 in at Ballys gone within a minute then a few days later went down town and $20 in at the D we played for ages pulled out over $100 and went to dinner and still had change after paying for our dinner with our winnings. Can't wait to come back but we only play 1 cent machines as I said not big gamblers. Keep up the great videos love from Australia 🇦🇺❤
Me and the wife just did a trip to Vegas. Dragon Links game is one of our favorites. Been hitting the major jackpot all this year, almost every time we go to the casino. If not me, then her. Two weeks ago, I hit the major on DL. Paid me 709.00. 2 hours later. Went downtown. Played DL. Hit the grand. 12,338.00 I was shocked and stuck. Took my picture. Signed some papers and we left. But before we got to our car. We went into 1 more casino. Played DL again. This time higher denomination and bet. After 4 spins. Won the minor at 500. Also the mini at 100. And nothing but big numbered fire balls. Cashed out with 1,000. What a night. Never in my life have I been so scared and happy at the same time.
@@adrianlimon7974 I hit the grand playing 2cent denomination at 1 dollar. I couldn’t believe it. But the things was, I got all the fireballs. When I won the 709. I was playing the same thing. I wish I could show you the pictures, but I don’t know how to upload them here. Lol
Really enjoy your knowledge, outlook and overall presence. Can just see how much fun of a person you could be! Much luck! I actually heard about visiting casinos and when you see the most visible machine will be way more loose due to foot traffic more likely to play while seeing someone win. Now also these are only in casinos. With a server that manages payout %. Is it true? Could be. I’ve also heard of “sucker bet machines” which are the more hidden ones that are there to take advantage? We will never know! I do know my local slot place my mom actually works part time. On the weekends between 3:30-4 jackpots will hit often I guess? Often 3-4 machines within a couple minutes of each other! Crazy. I’ve actually never won more than 30$… I’ve spent probably 500$ in the past couple months. Absolutely terrible everywhere I go. Win nothing. So I’m investing in taking others money by refurbishing machines and opening up spot in northern Illinois with niche machines. They’re all the same… I wish y’all luck! I’m a professional Tattooer, I’m not trying to do this full time. Just a hobby im down like to start.
Hehe... I was sitting watching this waiting for you to perpetuate some myth, but nope. Good job! The only one that I disagree with is the one about playing the highest denomination. I would edit that to say you should play the highest denomination that you can MAX BET within your budget. A lot of machines open up more combinations with more coin in at that denom. Sure, the payouts might be lower - that's a MIGHT - but your chances to have longer play to hit them might give you the chance for a jackpot. (Sometimes with games with progressives, the high denoms might have been won recently, leaving the lower denoms higher at that time.) Honestly, I believe if you are new to slots you should watch slot play on line. Learn how the machines tick. Just don't fall for any of that nonsense about changing denoms to "trigger" the jackpots, or chasing full pot graphics. Just remember that the front of the machine is marketing. It's there to entice you, not give you information on how to win.
I second this. Minimum payout rates are controlled by the state’s gambling commission with the tightest payout rate being penny machines (in Vegas, this can be as low as 75%. Quarters are more like 85-90% and dollar machines 90-95%) You can win in any machine but some do require playing a certain amount of credits to get the highest jackpots. Most progressive machines need you to play the maximum credits to get that progressive, otherwise, you get a smaller amount for that jackpot spin. My favorite are the plain old three reel, two-five credit machines like Double Diamond, Red, White and Blue. If wanted a game with a bonus, I always like the Haywire versions that would randomly repeat a win. I hit triple bars on one, a dollar machine. A single win paid $80, it haywired 4 more times and I walked away with $400. And there is the biggest secret. You want to chase a jackpot? Go right ahead, just set a limit on how much of your money you’re willing to lose. And never be afraid to walk away if you’ve managed to double the amount you started with (that $400 I talked about earlier? I’d put $20 in the machine and I would have cashed out if all I got was the $80) The biggest thing to remember is the HOUSE ALWAYS WINS. Casinos in the past have bragged about paying out a million dollars a day. I believe them…because people probably spent $2 million in the games in that same day. To misquote Effie Trinket: “The odds are never in your favor.”
I would like to offer a counterpoint opinion. I prefer to play MIN BET at the lowest denominations and avoid machines that give preferential payouts to MAX BETS (there really aren't that many). I find that I can play about six hours and limit my loss to $200. There are occasions when I lose less, break even, or even come out ahead, especially in Reno. I get the same dopamine hits as I would if I played max bets. I have won many jackpots in the 600x-900x range, including two in the 2000x range. The more one wagers, the more likely one is to lose because the machines favor the house. Also, lower wagers are less likely to trigger a hand-pay and the requisite paperwork.
The only advantage a player has on the casino is they have the opportunity to stop and quit and walk away. The casino has all the rest odds are stacked against you to get there money back. Longer you stay the higher chance they get there money back plus some
Given enough time, you will *always* lose all your money with the slot machines. The machines are deliberately and structurally designed to ensure that your complete loss is guaranteed. The ‘house edge’ ensures this.

I'm curious what RTP (Return to Player) rates people are seeing when playing on the Strip. You can compute it as coins-out divided by coins-in on your Win/Loss statement. At MGM adding the current year and last year, my RTP is 97.7%, which is much higher than I was expecting. I play the 1¢ denomination almost exclusively which typically has the lowest RTP. Are the slots on the Strip really this loose?
My favorite slots are typically in the older casinos. Green Stamps & Moo Money. I will search the whole floor for one of those. I haven’t been to Vegas in a while so they may not even be in the old casinos.
I’ve played the slot machine on a cruise ship. When I say I don’t know what I’m doing, it’s true. So this time I decided to watch a few videos so I can have a better idea
When you play a machine-like wheel of fortune; does the actual wheel spin (not the reels but the wheel up top) work off a random number generator as well?
How do you know when it's close to hitting the major, as you stated at around the 6:46 part of the video? We're excited to go next Friday for our anniversary weekend! We got married on 11/12/23. Thank you.
Awesome, some tips never knew lol. Best tip was odds never in favor lol, been wanting a colab, have a burger with every burger in Vegas, Alex on a mission, pick your favorite burger had in Vegas👍 be epic, tyvm tc
I got a good idea for a video. I just recently looked up hotels for Super Bowl weekend out there in Vegas and they are sky high. Can you help us out on some good pricing’s?
The first time my Hubby hit a decent jackpot was for around 1200$ I was standing right there and I made him give me the money.. we went on and played with the money we each already had and stopped when that ran out.. which at that point wasn’t much left 😂..It may not seem like much to some but we can out a winner and we had fun. Last November I was on a cruise with my Bestie and I went to a live table.. and I couldn’t believe it.. I hit it for 300$ on my first hand. I played one more hand, tipped the dealer and got up and walked away. Again, might not seem like much but I was ahead.. we left the casino after that. 😂❤❤
When I hit for a plus $30 or more I just cash out and put the ticket in my pocket. When I hit two winning tickets of $250 and $350 I just cashed out and called it a day and kept my winnings.
You just pointed out a jackpot and said good luck hitting that it would probably take a lot of money to hit it. I thought if you just press one time it’s just as good of a chance as if you press 100 times, how does a lot of money have anything to do with it?
Nothing changes based on time of day. You could be perceiving this for any number of reasons, but there is nothing different with machines whether playing at 1AM or 1PM.
I don't care about free drinks or food, I visit casinos to win. The moment I see the middle reels land first instead of the reels landing left to right I definitely stop the reels to stop the nonsense it has worked for me for more than 30yrs and I won't stop because I've landed many bonuses that way.
@@grannyt2980 Of course not. The poster obviously does not understand how slot machines work. If nothing else, players need to realise that every play is determined by a totally random outcome, and that, with enough time, the player will lose all their money due to the ‘house edge‘.
I don't believe when people say slot machines are random, why then like 90% of picks to match for a win ,why is it always the mini I have not seen anyone pick a major or grand in a very long time.
I hit a Major at Rampart Casino in LV. I sat down at a machine and only a few pulls later, I hit a major! Everyone around me was pissed because I had just sat down at the machine and won big.
Thanks for watching, we agree that he does a good job, we actually recommend his channel in our video description for those who want to dive more deeply into slot machine strategies etc.
There are no loose or good machines it is all the luck of the draw . Like it says RANDOM;) Trying to stop the machine does not increase your chance. You may get lucky and it stops on a bonus...lol but the bonuses are a joke with little payouts. I like the slots machines that stack. Good luck even at Bingo
I play china shores and I always win over 600 free spins. I also play dancing drums and I always win I have no luck in other games consistently but dragon links. So three games is all I play.
Hello I'm 70yrs old & I like those game but I don't know how to play I always lose I get confused by what is credit & bet & how much to bet on a game for example I put $ 10 then I'm stuck on how to bet line sorry i maybe confusing you what I'm trying to explain & play the game you please explain on how to play I'm slow learner & I have low bankroll to play to enjoy myself thanks 😊
Now Imma have to skighty disagree with not manually stopping the spin cause u may miss out on a win! I went to the casino last month and was sitting at a cash fallls slot. I didnt have any intentions on playing the machine I was looking for a place to sit while I waited for my aunt to play on a machine that was close by. I decided to put $20 in to kill time. The first 3 spins where all the circles linked up. I had started with $.50 bets then bumped it to $1.75. My aunt made a comment and said Uhg I hate that game cause all the circles have to line up for u to win. So the last 2 spins I stopped them manually and won $600! I lost my mind my aunt came over and said did this heffa just win $600!! So with that being said it doesn't make a difference.
Good points. Really like the 'what makes you comfortable' wisdom for a lucky charm. Nice to smile while you're losing your a*s. 😁...I love the old standards...7's etc with quarters, dollars. Hate penny machines. You're looking relaxed considering the accident. Good. 😊😊😊
Okay, I listen, and some of the things you guys are saying well. Let me say most of the things you guys are saying. Makes sense, but what doesn't make sense is using your player's card. Those comps are not free. You have already paid for those free rooms. And free food free trips. but not only have you paid for you've paid for 10 other people, so comps are not free. You've already paid for them and if you stay at their hotel. You're gonna gamble some more and you going to pay for 10 other people or for the next time you come there. And some of the hotels they give you their lowest grade rooms depending on if you are high-rolling. You're gonna get the best room if you're down from a high roller. You're gonna get the rooms next to this elevator or the ice machine. But you guys are right about the. Willy wonka and all they are high volatile. But thanks for educating us on a lot of the things. But also, every time you put that card in a machine They know your name. They know what machine you're playing. Your name is on that ticket. If all of that can be done, hmm!, that means they can control those machines as well. Those slot machines at the casinos are not random. At all They normally give out money at the end of the year because tax season is running around. And they gotta show how much money they have given out in revenues. But all through the year, those machines are not giving out only to high rollers because they know they're gonna get all of that plus 10 times more back. From that person, it's a , it's a hustle. Haven't you guys noticed that? Especially after the pandemic, those slot machines are not acting like they were before. Some of the bonuses are different. I've played $5. The highest denom on a machine. And I got 20 spans with the 10 times fifteen times and thirty times multiplier, and I got one doalert. If you need me to send you the picture of it. I will, and it happened again 10 minutes later. 25 spins at 15×30×40× and I got $1, and that was on $5 bet. So the higher you play does not mean the higher you gonna win. It used to, but they've done something to these machines. They are not working like they're used to. I think it's greed, 😊
They definitely have tightened the machines and programmed them to pay out at a much lower percentage rate. They even have on/off switch’s inside the slot machines to deactivate lines or the bonus feature. A slot attendant told me these controls are there in case the machine has a mechanical problem they can isolate it without putting it out of order so people can still play them. I told her if they disable any part of the slot machine and allow people to continue to play it that’s deceptive and I consider that cheating the players. She said…yeah, kinda. And walked away.
You get 2 triggers on one spin, but the 3rd trigger shows up on the next (or 2nd next) spin. That's not random, that is a pattern. A pattern is NOT random. The RNG is a myth.
The size of the jackpots has nothing to do with volatility.... Those high prizes are very rare and take a very small part of RTP. I could easily make a game with a very large Grand, and a very low volatility. Also, licenced games are not more volatile than non-licenced. In actuality, licenced games are often the lowest volatility and what we refer to as "entertainer" games. Of course its not always that black and white, but licenced games do not run at lower RTPs. All the games I've made run at the same RTP regardless of licenced or non-licened. It did USED to be true though... A lot of what you said is true, but these things are not
Could is one thing, would or do is another. Just what we know from the information available to the public, a majority of the games that have large progressives/jackpots are higher in volatility. Without having access to par sheets all we players can do is look for clues when trying to determine volatility. I believe as a general rule for players this advice still stands.

Smartest way to do it... good Job.
"Made" him give you the money? Sheeez.
When I hit for a plus $30 or more I just cash out and put the ticket in my pocket. When I hit two winning tickets of $250 and $350 I just cashed out and called it a day and kept my winnings.
AMAZING - great tips. Thank you.
Hey 🎉guys ty for the information great Video
Our pleasure! Thank you for watching!
Slots 🎰! 🎉❤
New Subscriber❤ I love your videos very, informative especially for slot lovers like me.
Could yall review Frankensons Pizza in Vegas?
Excellent tips
Thanks a lot
What casino were you filming in?
Thanks for the info.I just subscribed.😊
You just pointed out a jackpot and said good luck hitting that it would probably take a lot of money to hit it. I thought if you just press one time it’s just as good of a chance as if you press 100 times, how does a lot of money have anything to do with it?
Let’s go NG Good luck 🥂
Stopping does work, that's how I get all my bonuses
No, it changes nothing. The moment you push the spin button the result of that spin is chosen. It can't be changed by stopping the reels.
Cool 👍❤
Oh and I always go to the casino after 1:00 in the morning I hit big but if I go in the day time Its not as good. Why?
Nothing changes based on time of day. You could be perceiving this for any number of reasons, but there is nothing different with machines whether playing at 1AM or 1PM.

Experience tells us different 🤷🏻♀️
I agree
Going to Las vegas tomorrow.. going gamble, I will hate the heat, bc I love cold, can't stand heat..😢😊
I don't care about free drinks or food, I visit casinos to win. The moment I see the middle reels land first instead of the reels landing left to right I definitely stop the reels to stop the nonsense it has worked for me for more than 30yrs and I won't stop because I've landed many bonuses that way.
LMAO not a chance that works.
Slot machines at reputable and licensed casinos are truly random. This is beyond doubt. 🎰
Nice tips guys
Thanks!
Thanks for the tip. 🙏🏽🍸👼🏾🇺🇸💥💥
I Love Lobster Mania The Regular One
Sounds like yall enjoy Cowboy Slots..🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for watching, we agree that he does a good job, we actually recommend his channel in our video description for those who want to dive more deeply into slot machine strategies etc.
Wheel of fortune was always my favorite. 😎👌🏽
We do enjoy a good Wheel of Fortune sesh!
Me too!!!
Here’s my strategy, take a $1000 and go crazy playing slots. YOLO!
Dang! Hi roller right there! You go girl!!!
I got ten bucks💀
There are no loose or good machines it is all the luck of the draw . Like it says RANDOM;) Trying to stop the machine does not increase your chance. You may get lucky and it stops on a bonus...lol but the bonuses are a joke with little payouts. I like the slots machines that stack. Good luck even at Bingo
Pretty much! 👍
I subscribed! You two are way too cool not to. My age and my vibe😊
Thanks, welcome aboard!
Good. 😊😊😊
My favorite are dragon link, lighting link and firelink. Lol all the links 😅
fire link is the best
Is it best to play a machine that give out more free spins
Don’t forget to max out the volume
Thanks for the tip!
Low volitility machines are 3 reels 1 Payline...but are getting harder to find...🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yes, today I played Triple Stars, Double Diamond and Mayan Chief today among others.
I listened to the Kenny Roger song before going in. But then OZZY pops in
Wow
Smile bee happy & you will attract 💵 💰
If you win over a certain amount do u pay taxes on it ?
$1,200.00
Where at Indiana
A friend told me put your original money in one pocket and your winnings, if any, in another pocket. Do not put winnings into the machines
That’s great advice Sheryl! Thanks for sharing.
This is funny, I remember the time when you two didn't play slots and didn't know anything about them and now you're experts 😅
It's almost as if they found this information from another channel that's been very successful. 🤠🤔
Never forget Las Vegas in all its glory was built with the money of the losers.
Ultimate explosion games
I invested $16 in a wheel of Fortune slot and walked away with 3,014 jackpot.
I LOVE ❤️ 😍 Quick Hit Monkey's Fortune.
Enjoy your views
Thanks!
You get 2 triggers on one spin, but the 3rd trigger shows up on the next (or 2nd next) spin. That's not random, that is a pattern. A pattern is NOT random. The RNG is a myth.
The ONLY machines that pay are the ATMs!
Hey ma’am where are u from u have an interesting accent
The size of the jackpots has nothing to do with volatility.... Those high prizes are very rare and take a very small part of RTP. I could easily make a game with a very large Grand, and a very low volatility.
Also, licenced games are not more volatile than non-licenced. In actuality, licenced games are often the lowest volatility and what we refer to as "entertainer" games. Of course its not always that black and white, but licenced games do not run at lower RTPs. All the games I've made run at the same RTP regardless of licenced or non-licened. It did USED to be true though...
A lot of what you said is true, but these things are not
Thanks Dave for sharing, we really appreciate it! Were you a slot programmer or tech at one time?
@@TurnItUpWorld I'm a Lead Producer at one of the big slot manufacturers :)
That’s great, thanks for letting us know!
@@Brit_In_SerbiaDave, do you suggest going to higher denomination machines as a rule?
Could is one thing, would or do is another. Just what we know from the information available to the public, a majority of the games that have large progressives/jackpots are higher in volatility. Without having access to par sheets all we players can do is look for clues when trying to determine volatility. I believe as a general rule for players this advice still stands.
Buy a winners bank & never leave the casino broke 😉
“You bettah thanka union membah”
I never play on slots at all I only played a blackjack or porker
Won 20k lost 25 at the end 😅
Best Casinos to Play anyone??
I see someone beside me playing every round out on slots, while I play random stops on my slot. I hit way more paylines than them😊
winnings over $1,200 are subject to a 30% withholding tax dont forget that........
The very second I took my card out the machine I won.
