Purpose & benefit of Project is to develop research aptitude that helps the student become a researcher.
APP helps the student know psychological intervention to be applied on the client.

Mam , how can we switch from Project to Applied positive psychology ? I'm unable to complete the project on time..please guide..it would be very helpful....
Offline way : Go to regional centre with an application and a DD of Rs.1200 in favor of IGNOU (confirm the amount from RC before making the DD)
Submit it at RC and your subject will be changed in 24 hours.
Online : Go to ignou's official website. Visit student portal and apply for subject change with an online payment for subject change. Follow the instructions as mentioned there.
This many take a lil longer than offline method. A week or two week may be.

Where does the project work happen? Is it at the Study Center? If so, how many days do we have to go there approximately?

Yes of course and you should opt applied only because it won't be possible to do project in such less time. You have last attempt left in Dec

Yes you can easily switch to applied positive psychology if you don’t want to continue with the project or you are unable to.
There are both online and off-line methods to change the subject from project to applied positive psychology .
For online, you will have to visit to the student portal of IGNOU. You will find all instructions there and can easily do that.
For off-line, you will have to visit to the RC with an application making request of a subject change and then you can ask them to make necessary changes

Then you opt counselling psychology. You can also add one year guidance and counselling diploma to your profile after that.
