I'm curious about the timeline. Was Carter the original drummer for Lion King when it opened? Was he subbing for Tommy Igoe? Or was Tommy subbing for Carter at some point in time? T.Y :)

Tommy was the original drummer. Carter subbed on the show, then took over full-time when Tommy left.
