White color toh hum fill color option main bhi select kar sakte hain... Yaa to aap Window -- Color Palettes --- Yaha se different color pallets select kar sakte ho....

Below the document palette there is some tab, in that we can see on which we are working it shows the details of that. How to Enable that option? Example @1:36 showing Polygon with 5 Sides on Layer 1

That's called as the 'Property Bar'. You can turn it on by going to Window ---> Toolbars --> Property Bar
