Hi Harman, As a person can remain New entrant for 4 years only so after PSW only 2years are left. If he gets sponsership, then do he need to apply 2years visa first under lower salary requirements and then again renew for 3 years. Or can he apply straight away for 5 years and state the salary changes in the offer letter that he will be given higher salary after 2years ( after passing new entrant period).
Hello brother I need your advise about my graduate visa application. I had applied for graduate main applicant visa on 8th of May 2024 nd home office gv me a decision date which was 3rd July . But after some days I applied for my husband too but by mistake I filled the same application as I did fine and the expiry date of my visa was 6june . At that time I was fully depressed and low because of many reasons so I didn't know how I happened then my husband received a mail that you filled the wrong application if you filled it by mistake you have a chance to withdraw it and submit new one . And your visa application date will be same as previous one . I applied for him on 21st of June and after some days asked for our marriage proof. I have sent all photos,cards , marriage certificate, identity cards . But till now we didn't get any response. I know my husband's application will take long time because he filled late but I m not sure about my application . Why I didn't receive any mail yet . Is there any chances of refusal? Please brother let me know about it. What should I do. And also didn't work on my student visa because of my baby. It can effect too ?
