just for info for anyone interested. I have both a wood and a gas oven and theres absolutely no difference, except its easier to control the heat in the gas oven. Your pizza will not get any smoky flavor using wood anyway, as cooking time is about 2 mins Moreover. Try checking out the Cozze oven. Its basically an ooni for half the price
My ooni uses gas or pellets. Gas is more effective to achieve a steady temp and more forgiving. Pellets do reach 800°-900° in a small oven but it's hard to keep the temp steady. It also smokes to much for me.

Nice Job. I enjoyed this Video. I look forward to more
I have the Solo Pi and absolutely love it.
What do you love most about it?
@@bestchoicereview It’s lightweight and has the ability to use wood or propane. It heats up to 800 in a little over 15 minutes.

I will check about the Cozze as well! maybe I will do a follow up video about it.
Where can you buy in the US?
Try the new Witt etna rotate. 🍕
I don't understand. On your #1 pick, you show wood chips and pellets and then you say, the only drawback is you can't use wood. Huh?
The wood pellets are just offering wood flavor. Wood pellets can’t achieve 950 degrees. That’s coming from gas flame

I will be posting a video about the different ooni models soon.

You said the Roccbox weighs 63.8 lbs. Wrong! It is 44 lbs.
a simple correction would have done without the "Wrong!".
