Same thing happened with me
My biometric was not updated for a long time
I gave my biometric on 31st December, 2023. Then I raised a webform and enquired about this by attaching all the relevant documents. My webform was soon addressed and biometric hot updated. My application process also got expedited although it was refused. I applied for SOWP and received the final decision after a month of submitting biometric. After receiving refusal, I applied for GCMS notes and found that my fingerprint was of low quality due to skin issues and this is the reason why there was delay in updating biometric. However, I received the biometric validating letter with my refusal letter.
So this biometric is valid for 10 years.
If you dont receive an update on your biometric, then I would suggest you to wait for 10-15 days and then raise a webform explaining the matter.
Hope my experience will help someone.

When you said Webform you mean to ircc or raise Webform to vfs global brother?
Bro I completed my biometric on 10th june but still biometric is not updated in portal bro. I mailed and filled webform also but no more response I got

It is not possible to check medical status without GCkey
You can call to IRCC if IVR machine didn’t mentioned about medical. It means your medical has been updated. If it says we do not need your medical. Then it means not updated yet.

I had this problem but when I get into my application I find the date of the biometrics and the expiration not like you !!! Firstly I contacted VFS Canada( the center where I did the biometrics) so they said if it is appeared ( the date and the expiry) so it s not there problem and the biometrics has already sent! So the problem in the immigration system ( not updated) , I contacted them by sending them email and after 3 weeks the biometrics was updated (ircc cantact us online ) in ircc portal you write your informations and you find place where you can write you email with your problem
