I've seen some of the comments. Why are there some here downplaying him? Calling him "useless" "weak without others" "weak without c1, c6" ? Like the only thing they are doing is compairing Ganyu, Diluc, Childe and even Hu Tao who is not yet released. Kinda pathetic tbh

the only thing i think is wrong with this is upgrading burst before skill, upgrading your burst barely makes any difference while the skill would benefit you more

(if not the best !!) but I have a question, if I make a team comp with Xiao - Bennett - Sucrose, what's the best choice between adding a pyro character for Pyro resonance (for the atk boost), and using Zhongli shield for the res decrease ? Like which stat is better for more damage, the atk or res ?
I dont have zhongli to test that out. I really like enegery recharge on xiangling for the pyronado spam. The passive 25% pyro resonance just amps just xiao to overkill anything in the game atm. 4th slot is really who ever you want. The shield and shred from zhongli is super nice, cant go wrong with that at all.
I like using xiao with Jean, geo mc, zhongli. Jean: healing and burst /skill support Geo mc: for extra crit rate on burst plus 4 piece noblesse for team attack boost. ZHONGLI: shield with buff and debuff plus Burst support. Anemo+ Geo resonance is awesome.

His Xiao stats and talents are a complete mirror of my own Xiao, without Bennet it should be 30k for the initial plunge and it would scale up to 35k/40k because of his first passive talent and Jade Spear passive
Im happy I've seen that video, my Xiao will have really similar stat to urs after I lvl him up and his weapon. I will have around 2,6k attack, 67% crit rate and 143% crit damage. I know what can I expect now, and it looks very promising!
dude, my xiao currently has 2,800 of attack. with gladiator set that would be 2,900 but i prefer to keep higher crit damage on him, which is 180% now xD crit rate is slightly below 60% but im not complaining. i was working really hard to build him that much. except i do not have any anemo set bonuses...

In my previous video where i summoned for Xiao, i mentioned that I actually started the game with Jade Spear. It was the 5* that i rerolled on day 1 from the standard banner. So pretty lucky and from then on i have just been waiting for Xiao this whole time! Even if you dont get the Jade Spear from the banner, Jade Cutter is currently the strongest DPS sword right now if you do plan to summon for the weapons. Weapon banners are a trap itself. Because you will always be at a 50/50 rate between the 2 feature weapons. Could be as little as 1 pull to an infinite, much worse if youre F2P and Jade Spear isnt going anywhere as it is a standard 5* Weapon that you can get from the standard pool. That means if you dont pull for it now and want to save for something else, im pretty sure Jade Spear will return in later weapon banner rotations. So as for F2P i would roll for characters first. If you already have Xiao and hes your favorite character, you can achieve the same dmg from this showcase within time if you have his Jade Spear. The choice is really up to you if you have enough saved up to hit at least pity once.

hi! i am completely f2p and i was just wondering on what weapon i should camp on since im saving for blackcliff polearm, should i stick with crescent pike for physical damage and high attck or proto. starglitter for energy recharge so that i can spam my ult more? i am running on sucrose battery tho for extra energy recharge.
I would use prototype starglitter because that polearm can be passed down to another polearm support in the future to spam their burst like xiangling's pyronade spam at c4. Crescent pike over prototype if you plan to use another polearm user in the future for main dps until you get blackcliff from the shop.
My xiao is at 49 crit rate and 149 crot damage with 2000 attack (excluding the cirlet) , is it better to build an attack % circlet or should I build a crit rate circlet?

I would go with 70/160% build instead. Its nice to have a ton of crit dmg for big numbers on the screen but try to keep the crit stats close to 1:2 ratio via 20% crit rate/ 40% crit dmg.
I have 79% crit rate and 154% crit dmg yet the highest I can get with Xiao's plunging is 35K. The talents 7/8/8 but I guess I'll just need to search for another crit dmg in his artifact
Gladiator atk % cup or gladiator Anemo bonus dmg cup for Xiao? I’ve done some damage tests and i think Xiao hits harder during his elem burst but Anemo bonus dmg cup isn’t too bad either. So, which one should i choose?
IN my opinion the best team for Xiao(if u r whale) is Xiao C5, Albedo C4, Jeans C4, ZhongLi/Bennett C5, can maximize Xiao anemo and plunge damage and get Anemo resistance deduction for enemy 40%/55%(have ZhongLi in team) , my highest record for Xiao damage is 180K per plunge, (have food buff and elements food, I'm forgot what it call, the small bottle thing)
I dont have dulic and bennett's a perm to any of my teams. So i used all my plumes on bennett's burst for the attack buff. If you use dulic alot, i would continue to invest into dulic for max talent first.
My current plan for my team is Xiao (c0), Jean (c0), Bennett (c1)... For my fourth slot I'm choosing either Xingqiu (c0) or Beidou (c6), which one of those two should I pick? Also should i replace Sucrose (c2) with my Jean or no?
Thats a nice c6 beidou. Either one is great tbh. Look at weapon availability and since i focus my progress on clearing the spiral abyss, i dont see why you wouldnt want to build them all eventually and make the swap when ever you want. The 4th slot is really anyone you want. Just have fun with it. :) If you want cc in your team comp and potentially one of the strongest dmg amp team (mona, sucrose, bennett) later when you get mona, sucrose would be better.
Can u make a comparison between jade spear vs Vortex vanquisher? My xiao can deal up to 58k using vortex with just zhongli buff. No any reso or buffs. Still don't know if the jade spear is can do the same with just zhongli buff
I dont have Vortext to do that comparasion. Conditionally vortex can show bigger numbers on the screen simply due to the high attack stat it brings. Jade spear provides the most consistent dps and the crit rate is just too good to pass on allowing you to stack a lot of crit dmg.

IN my opinion the best team for Xiao(if u r whale) is Xiao C5, Albedo C4, Jeans C4, ZhongLi/Bennett C5, can maximize Xiao anemo and plunge damage and get Anemo resistance deduction for enemy 40%/55%(have ZhongLi in team) , my highest record for Xiao damage is 180K per plunge, (have food buff and elements food, I'm forgot what it call, the small bottle thing)

i have xiao c1 with jade polearm
I have 5 davlin plumes for Diluc 8 lvl talents, should i keep using plumes for Diluc or Bennett for xiao?
I dont have dulic and bennett's a perm to any of my teams. So i used all my plumes on bennett's burst for the attack buff. If you use dulic alot, i would continue to invest into dulic for max talent first.
In what case normal or charged attack while in burst mode better than his plunge? I have been only doing plunge when in burst mode

For my fourth slot I'm choosing either Xingqiu (c0) or Beidou (c6), which one of those two should I pick?
Also should i replace Sucrose (c2) with my Jean or no?
Thats a nice c6 beidou. Either one is great tbh. Look at weapon availability and since i focus my progress on clearing the spiral abyss, i dont see why you wouldnt want to build them all eventually and make the swap when ever you want. The 4th slot is really anyone you want. Just have fun with it. :)
If you want cc in your team comp and potentially one of the strongest dmg amp team (mona, sucrose, bennett) later when you get mona, sucrose would be better.

Plunge auto - you are able to throw in 1 quick normal attack before you jump, thus increasing your dps output.

Obviously his Normal Attack Talent first. It scales much more than his burst and still works when his burst is down.

Thats really good. You can do more dmg than this video when you get their talent lvls up and when your artifact stats rolls in.
I almost have the same stat as you and i use primo dial also but my dmage lower then u if used bennet, but ly bennet C0 is that a big problem?
Talent lvls goes a long way. My bennett's at c5, the 3 extra burst talent lvl adds up really quick.

Can u make a comparison between jade spear vs Vortex vanquisher? My xiao can deal up to 58k using vortex with just zhongli buff. No any reso or buffs. Still don't know if the jade spear is can do the same with just zhongli buff
I dont have Vortext to do that comparasion. Conditionally vortex can show bigger numbers on the screen simply due to the high attack stat it brings. Jade spear provides the most consistent dps and the crit rate is just too good to pass on allowing you to stack a lot of crit dmg.

Is c6 Bennett still ok to use with Xiao? Didn't realize Bennett's c6 converts all elemental and physical damage to pyro while in his elemental burst :/
