If 100k Cedis was needed for fuel to run an office for January to December 2016, that same amount won't be sufficient for even 3 months in 2014... So, there would be a relative increase in expenditure in at least 4 folds due to the rather terrible inflation and currency depreciation. That's assuming that the releases made conform to the budgets in the first place and there's no expansion in operations.
