As soon as he was able to get New Jack on the card, sales went to 500 sold, which for that venue, was sold out. So he wasn't Hulk Hogan, but he was a big name for the indie circuit, especially after UA-cam became a thing and his shoots and notoriety grew in viewership.
You can see Jack's body language change. Early on Mustafa was trying to talk when Jack was and he leans away from him. As soon as he says he leaned things from Jack, Jack leans back towards him.
