EP 53: Subframe Removal / 1967 VW Type 3 Squareback

Subframe Removal will probably be as far down the disassembly I'll go. Any more than that, I don't think I'd be able to stop fixing all the small things, and this would take much much longer to get back on the road. Perhaps in the future, I'll separate the Pan/Body, but today is not the day. I decided to remove the entire rear subframe to be able to replace all the bushings. The ones that came out of it looked to be in pretty decent shape already, but might as well replace them now while I have everything apart.

Awesome as always.
I’ve got zero experience but have read that it’s not really feasible to combine the subframe and tranny off of the car and install it as a single unit. Maybe someone else who knows better can elaborate. Cheers.👍
