These images feel like something that an AI would generate when asked for a normal picture
Some of them might be generated.
Maybe an AI already did.
@@BP-fn7du yeah that's possible

Don’t lie-
We all drew a drawing that looked like one of these at least ONCE
I have (tried at least)
I never did
I never drew anything like that

These are way too normal, they just give this “fake” kinda vibe, like everything is soooo perfect
I don't believe their "real" pictures taken, its photoshoped using other photos, but true, they look like from another demention

When you live in Kansas, you see lots of these in real life. Big blue sky, rolling green hills, and just a long road to a lone house and some wind turbines in the distance. I always thought how surreal the whole thing seemed, and now I see how other people apparently think the same.
Northern Alberta. Always felt a dream like nostalgic vibe as well from the way landscapes are over here, it really is hard to explain but this comment is super well made to me
just drove they kansas yesterday and i agree. even wichita looks like that ai generated city in this video lol
In Ohio, not a lot here.
A lot of the middle US looks just like this. An hour outside of any “urban” city, and (some) of these sights are not that abnormal.
THE WIND TURBINES IN KANSAS ARE SCARY BRO-
that’s what i imagine ai would generate if asked for utopian world pictures
Yes.
Ah yes. Peppa pig. Such a majestical sight go see. Unrealistic hills, Weird shaped roads?? Houses in the middle of nowhere. I can say this is very normal!
Indeed
Ye
Yoooo I watch peppa
@@Auragaming1642 same, I like the edits and the original

@@thepotatotaxi2430 No it's not anemoia.
How do these feel too normal? If anything they feel too fake. It’s like I’m viewing a place that’s so obviously built by a person in a simulated reality.
More like Uncanny Valley with places.
It's one of those things that if you get it you get it, if you don't then you don't
Exactly. These pics aren't even scary, just fake as hell
@@riverwillard1 They aren't scary, just strange, like they're part of an alternate reality. Or perhaps when something (or even someone, like an AI) tried to make a "perfectly normal" simulation, and had it end up like these images.
I have seen a comment on another video with this theme which said:
"When man seeks perfection, this is what he gets. Perfection doesn't exist, and any attempt to reach it turns uncanny."
And there was also the mention that these images had a lack of life, besides the trees and other plants. The repetition of certain elements on the images (signs, trees, buildings) also make them feel lifeless, without any variety.
This is what makes these images so odd, they're so "perfect", they end up looking strange, souless, without any sign of visible animal or human life.
At least, this is what I believe makes these images weird. Perhaps there is a definitive answer for this, but who knows?
That's what makes them seem fake, it looks too "perfect" or "normal", it seems fake because we're not used to it being that good. These images have nothing to highlight, there's no weird thing about it, it's SO normal that we can't see it as a real scenario.
Feels like a mix between a childhood cartoon and a dream that one might have in kindergarten
Windows XP Moment

This images are strange but at the same time relaxing
the one at 1:46 for some reason just feels so eerie and nostalgic at the same time, I can’t really describe the emotions when I see that image.
it’s beautiful tho
Little did they know, they were not living in paradise, they were being watched all the time. The super intelligent beings would soon come and destroy all evidence of the inhabitants. They can try running but one things for sure, they cannot hide. 😳

for me at least. i probably couldn't live peacefully because it's just like a lone house withour neighbor. and i'm kinda scared to live alone. alone i mean is like *all alone* without neighbor nearby. if there's no neighbor near my house i would probably get extreme anixety or something. but if i got that kind of house in the place where there's nearby neighbor at least visible neighbor i can see clearly from my house i will feel more safer.
Imagine a compilation of images that makes you ponder about mortality.

True
1:33 is more accurate
being in places where you are supposed to be calm and feel good, but no you don't because those places seems fake (of course it is fake) but more like the calm feeling is fake which makes you think that the place isn't quite right and it doesn't give the calm feeling that you're supposed to have
Idk what u mean id LOVE to be in these placed
Edit: espically like this 0:22 i can imagine having a small family here, itd be perfect
@@doginboat idk, it makes me kinda uncomfortable
@@nekopushyo thats a you thing
@@doginboat yes, it could, but I’d rather have something in the background, like trees or other buildings. but overall I really like the house and the front yard :)
@@doginboat What makes it a bit uncomfortable is that it's not a real picture. Like the quality of the picture and the overly bright colors. Also it's the way the objects look pasted into the picture. It just looks fake. However if this were a real picture taken of a real place, I agree that it would be a nice place to live.
I would love to rest in a place like these..
Infinite green hills, blue sky and waters...
You just wake up, do your things and then go outside chilling by laying on the grass listening to the sweet sound of wind..
Perfect
Images that feel fake and unrealistic
A perfection that makes you feel in danger, confused, but yet fascinated by how it's odd appearance affects you
A little
Too perfect...

I personally find some of these lovely. Perhaps an unrealistic kind of lovely.
This images are perfect for a Windows wallpaper
0:39 i don't know what's scarier, the music, or the image
Both.
Both is good(?).
The music is from the FPS game Quake btw!
This is the type of image you would see on those old TV ads
I actually had one of these images on my old Windows 7 laptop.
Others: I like to go to Paris, Thailand, Germany
Me:
0:17 this is the most normal one of them all
Dude this images are literally that we draw when we are child!
That moment when the pro artist draw a realistic drawing of a kid
This feels comforting and terrifying at the same time
These places are so peaceful at all, makes me feel safe and comfortable like in a dream.

You know what's really weird? The fact there's no mountains. I live in a place where mountains can be found in almost every direction and it's super weird when there's not mountains in a place in my opinion. It just feels open and like somethings missing. It feels unsafe almost. To me, the mountains where I live remind me of a barrier that blocks everything else out so it's just our area.
This is literally what the landscape looks like in my dreams. When I see these, it gives me nostalgia and happiness, but at the same time it feels deceiving. Is this green utopia really just a romanticized version of something worse? Or is it really a wonderful little nostalgic dreamworld.
Some of these images feel very comfortable, like an old nostalgic video game, and others evoke an emotion that doesn't exist yet.
Since I was 7 I always imagined about places like this, they are so lovely
These are the type of images that you see in your school science book
I love this unsettling feeling
Nobody :
My house that I draw when I was kid when I draw them again but more detail and add shading and also color them :
Bruh I was just thinking about your vids (and liminal spaces) earlier. Welcome back.
some of these remind me of the good place, like, if your heaven was a ‘normal’ suburban home and they put you in one of these
I had a dream of 1:21
I was in my local park, and I did my normal walk. I then kept going, but when I turned back, I just saw a flat plains. I then saw a sign. I ran towards it. When I read it, It read “Welcome to greenhouse” I go in the city, which looked exactly like that, a mega city, wondering how I never saw that from my local park, or heard of it. So I walked in, only to find they speak another language. I looked on my phone for google maps, and it didn’t show. It was surreal. It felt like a parallel dimension.
Honestly, after seeing the rest of the channel, this is euphoric.
The last image looks like the Windows XP background but panned to the right a little
You don't believe that I watched this video today but that was impressive and calming.
Keep it up, lil bro.
damn that wii fit music hit my nostalgia real hard
I always liked that other video you made about these kinda images, and I showed it to some of my friends just yesterday and one said "these are so weird, we gotta find a sequel of it" and just today you made a sequel. I'm still surprised by this.
Ughh why do I love these kinds of videos
Just had a panic attack and this is perfect ✌🏻
If Minecraft Houses was in real life:
I love this guys vids so much they really relax me
Hey thanks for the heart :)
Normal as in you mean by the Vivarium movie standards.
Fireman Sam is the first thing that comes to mind.
I love these very normal images. Reminds me of a time when I was young when all I would do is look at furniture magazines and draw on them 😁
Images that are way too normal, sometimes makes me feel too normal. I love the feeling Thank you for making this!
Reminds me of that Spongebib episode
A whole new meaning of how life would look like if everything was perfect.
There is beauty in normal and simple

This whole vibe reminds me of when you go into the moon in Majora's Mask.

Yo. These have some cool vibes! I like the emptiness feel!

Thank you for this godly video, I can use this as ASMR.
These pictures make me feel like hurrying up for nothing in a slow paced world
Great work as always!
The version isn't so bad ngl,It actually makes me happy
The lack of any type of blur is one of the main reasons why these pictures look out of place.
I have DP/DR and this is what a lot of things look like for me
These looks like one of those images you see in an eye machine when you get ur eye tested
Some of these pictures actually make me feel at peace. But then some of the houses in the pics makes me feel like there's a family thats "too perfect" living in there. It feels too normal and uncanny

So, the weather for today is Middle of Nowhere with a little bit of spicy Grasslands and Grasslands.
Thanks for listening to the weather channel.
These are the places i dreamed when i was a little kid
These all feel so nostalgic
I remember going to a lot of places that look like this, really organized, large green hills, places too perfect to be real.
All these photos are missing is a generic looking white guy with blue jeans and a white t shirt
I went to Long Beach, and it always felt weird because behind each house, there was barely any more buildings, just the sky. and it felt weird because I live in a crowded community and I’m more used to it.
felt too normal that i cant imagine having actual people in it
2:05 Windows XP wallpaper
I love these ones, please do more!!!!
This should become its own separate aesthetic, with the bright blue sky’s and bright green grass, paired with a little house or a big city rising into the sky’s above, all bundled together in this clipart mishmash of a uncomfortable familiarity
This reminds me or a Minecraft world you download but you explore the unfinished part and it looks a little unnatural
It was perfect
The warm sun rays, the endless blue sky, unblemished green hills, the small cottage in the corner of your eye.
(Yes it was perfect, you told yourself.
You could ignore how the sun rays were a bit _too_ blinding and burning, how the blue of the sky suffocated you, _drowned_ you in that feigned promise of security, how the hills were _too_ green and seemed more like a mocking cage _rather than a sign of freedom_ .
You tried to ignore how the cottage was a bit _too_ clean, _too_ spotless, _too devoid of life_ to be real.)
_you tried, you tried, you tried_
Because it truly _was perfect_
( *Right?* )
2:05 yooo the old windows wallpaper
I dunno if it's just me, but some of these places look somewhat pleasant probably because i'm an introvert. But some of them do kind of send a shiver down my spine.
