honestly dude i’ve been switching up hands recently and it’s such a good decision in the long run a nice jerk session every day with alternating hands balances out abnormalities and it gives you an amazing pump bro i’m telling you sometimes i’ll get crazy and i’ll add some resistance with a band where i tie the band to something and the other end to my wrist and do my thing it makes jacking off gen times harder and seriously improves the gains in the forearms if you wanna get your biceps more involved you can change your positioning up but I recemmond keeping tension on forearms remember that time under tension is key don’t use too much resistance otherwise you might cause some pain to your glizzy which isn’t what we’re trying to do here also make sure to keep your glites and core tight sometimes to enhance my pump I even take some pre. Anyways if you want any more advice for the forearm gains and a better experience while playing with your glizzy I highly recommend this or if your like this dude and have a bigger right arm than left arm this can help sort things out.
