Your concept could work better with Spin-Off & Bingo because in those minigames, only 1 can win
I'd assume multiple people could win Spin-Off, you win based on how many medals you have at the end of the game so theoretically multiple people could get the same amount of medals
It would be very hard though, and yeah honestly it feels much easier to intentionally throw without fighting against the RNG in Spin-Off than in Board Game Island for some reason, even though Spin-Off is based off of a wheel

Today We Play board game island but a little different you wanna know how During last weeks globe trot Theesy had so much bad luck so we made it our goal to make Theesy win So we should make sure Theesy wins in the minigames to give her the best dies possible. This should give Theesy the best chance to roll high and win
