Different Cases;
6:34 both pieces are in their correct slots but not in the correct orientation
7:09 edge piece is correct but the corner piece is in the wrong orientation
7:49 edge piece is correct but the correct corner piece is on the opposite corner & the pairs aren't correct
8:18 pairs are together but not matched up correctly ( 1 side has matching colours)
8:56 pairs are together but not matched up correctly ( colours are crossed)
9:15 pairs are together but there is a white facing up

What do you do for the first two examples if the white side of the corner is on the front face instead of the side face (for both same top color and different top color scenarios)?

@@adamalmquist2919 Sorry for the late reply! If it's on the front, simply rotate the cube until it is on the left or right and then perform the algorithm :)

If you're from the USA, (Which you probably are) you say "Color". If you're from countries like the UK, (Which he probably is) then you spell it "Colour"

Tips
6:40 pieces in correct slot, wrong orientation
7:45 edge in right place, corner facing upwards
8:19 two pieces together, not matched up correctly

I have now done F2L over 50 times in 24 hours, lol! Thank you! I truly thought I would never get this concept. Thankfully, I was wrong. Thank you again. :) Now bad for a guy in his late 50's. Now, I can see my goal of solving the cube in under 1 minute. My best now before F2L/CFOP is always at 3 minutes. Best 2:24...with beginner method. Thanks again. It never to late to learn something new like cubing. I was so sick of chess. 35 years of it...needed a break. Peace!

at 5:16 you can do a "sledgehammer" move to insert the edge then make sure that white is on the top of the cube, and above the red/blue edge and to a triple sexy move to insert the edge and corner
This is easily the best f2l/cfop method by far!! this is actually helping me a whole load more than any other youtuber has. thanks :)
