Any way you can explain the billing portion?
How did you come up with a sum of 45k to charge the client?
I’d guess he just picks a large number that isn’t much higher than his competitors are charging.
Which is how pricing works in many high price services I suppose.
How can i start, i just got a mini 4 pro yesterday
Cool drone mate. What AI flight planning app, and mapping app are you using? Looks cloud based 💁 love your work

What drone is better for this job. M30T or M300?
Personal preference, I prefer the M300!
@@IndianaDrones a lot of people says that m30T can't be used for this but don't say why. 😅
@@kamillucow3062 As long as the payload is appropriate, you'll be okay!
You got an amazing job!

2 days of work.

Oh word
Google will have lidar drones surveying everything in 2 years. They will sell a “service” to do frequent mapping on construction sites. I know someone on the project
That's what everyone in the field is already doing!
In most cases, you have to be a registered surveyor to sign off the data to be used in construction etc
A lot quicker and easier than getting a four-year college degree!
What program to you use to filter trees? 😮😮 So good

How much total did you spend on the equipment?
Write to hello@rockrobotic.com and we can give you exact pricing and cost estimates.
Well just forget the fact the drone with only what is needed to get it into the air is like $10,000 and that lidar camera is probably somewhere around that price it is a good way to make money I have no problems with that but you should've explained the costs to start doing it you also need an faa registration and part 107 to do any commercial flying (in this case flying for a profit) along with the cost of registration and safety gear
Do you think the M100 would work?
Unfortunately, it will not!
@@IndianaDrones What is the most cost effective drone I could grab?
Excellent. You almost covered your overhead in 2 days! Most people struggle mightily to start with the initial capital outlay.
Thanks! Very true!
