Its appreciated to your continue aquarius knowledge about refrigeration system.
Deko bhai. York chiller me 2 valve hy.
1. Feed valve eletronic
2. Drain valve electronic
1.Feed valve depending on- *condenser sub cooling*
2.Drain valve depending on- *superheat *
3. Economizer - level of flash gases. (flash tank) flash tank me flash gases ka level badagay toh directly economizer valve open hojayega.
Flashes gases (vapor ) liquid me mix hogay toh jo liquid rahega uskoo vapor banayega before evaporator me enter hone se pahele. Q ki evaporator me liquid chahiye usliyee flash gases ko separate karake economizer valve ke jariye compressor ko connect kiya hy.
Percentage just ek calculation hy bhai.. Lekin jo right principle hy o toda bi vapor (flash gas) jab liquid line me rahega o (flash gas) dusare liquid ko bi jaldi cool karega matalab jaldi hi liquid to vapor banayega before evaporator me enter hone pahele. Usliyee economizer ke jariye compressor connect hy. Thanks mr fayaz warsi.
