Ingredients:
Butterfly Pea flower- Boil only the petals & keep the concentrated liquid
Beetroot- Peel , boil & keep the paste
Carrot - Peel, boil & keep the paste
Spinach - Steam & keep the paste
Idli Batter
Steps:
- With each color paste add little batter, salt & eno.
- once all the coloured batter is ready , use all of them to steam Idlis
- serve with any chutney of ur choice.
