Baja Chicken Tacos with Jicama and Chipotle Aioli

  • These are the bomb! I'm submitting this to the Food Network for Bobby Flay's new show, Grill It. A lucky winner gets to be on the show.
    You can substitute the jicama with thinly sliced cabbage and still tastes incredible. You can use the aioli on lots of things. Fry up some flaky white fish like haddock and make some Herradura/Cointreau ritas to complete Baja night. Enjoy!

    @Strife153, don't let the jicama / carrot thing throw ya. Sub it out with the typical purple cabbage. It's the aioli, cilantro and corn tortillas that take it to the next level. Enjoy!
