I have a in line filter at top of tank another coming out of tank and a screw in filter on pump it really helps have a backup for the backup for the backup
Appreciate the video man! Before I watched your video I was gravely concerned that I did a poor job winterizing the pump last year. Had a small piece of plastic in one of the check valves. Whew.😅 Thanks again!
+Have Faith Pressure Washing Services,LLC got them at Lowe’s - they are awesome - we use them for lots of things. Out landscape maintenance division does a lot of irrigation work, and is great for cutting PVC pipes with clean, sharp, precise cuts.
I have a brand new general pump ez4040g but after i connect it to my honda gx 390 cc the pump pressure is only up to 2400 psi which the desired pressure is up to 4000 psi..the adjustment of my unloader valve is almost fully thight during that time..any recommendations what is the real problem? Thanks brother in advanced👍🏻
My pressure washer .i will use it stop .to move what im washing.and when i go to use it again trigger and wont shoot out water.. i have to take the washer hose tip (white tip ) off press trigger the replace tip and then it will give me the pressure.any hel pwould be helpful thanks
I just hooked up the same filter. I noticed air bubbles in the filter as the washer is pulling water. I only ran it for a couple minutes and turned the washer off. I checked everything and the filter was a little lose. After I turn the pressure washer back on and run it for a few minutes the air in the filter should go away correct? It's a brand new machine so I'm obviously paranoid on damaging it
Yes sir thanks for getting back to me. I have the same filter you have and somehow the orange o ring is slightly leaking a drop of water maybe every 30 minutes or so. I believe that's my problem. All my lines and the rest of the plumbing has zero leaks. Do you know if there is something to put on the o ring to stop the leak. It's a brand new filter. Actually my trailer is brand new. Reels, hoses, plumbing, pressure washer ect.
One good thing that I want when I put my inline filter it to put a little waterproof Grease will help with thread friction winning you are loosening and tightening the filter and the O-ring will feel better great video might keep up the good work brother
Does anyone know what could be wrong if your gun vibrates when pulling the trigger? After a few minute you start feeling it trough your hand. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

That’s awesome you have a local store. 👍 The closest to me is in Nashville 3 hours away,so I have to order everything.
+Jonboy's Pro Wash I order 95% of my stuff online, only go to local place when there is an emergency.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing mine is 98% online. Sometimes I can find a fitting at Lowe’s 😂
Good video Mike, what size pump do have on that trailer ?
+Rick Washek thanks Rick - that is a tsf2021 which is rated at 8.5gpm 4000psi
Great information to know, where did you get those cutters that you use to cut that hose

Sounds like a problem with the unloader valve

+john doe make sure all the hoses are very tight - any air leaks will cause bubbles and loss of power

Could just be a defective o-ring. Contact whoever you bought it from and hopefully they will stand behind their product and replace it.
But if you are not having any pressure loss or cavitation - I wouldn’t worry about. Bubbles aren’t bad if it’s not impacting performance.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing cool thanks for your help and enjoy watching your videos. Appreciate you man
wonder if youll see a loss in psi or flow due to filter restriction
+Art VanDelay it will not have any significant impact but needed for sure
Thanks for the info
My pleasure

+Road Dogs Dirt Relief nice tip- thank you!
Awesome!!!
+Scott Cleans It thanks Scott!
What is the through hole needle used for and does it have enything to do with water shooting out of the part where the hose goes.
+Baby Fresh 2.0 I'm not sure what you are asking
@@AllAboutPressureWashing it was some kind of thin like object wit a sharp point and it was round at the top and was called through whole needle
Yep lots of filters and screens
+Wild West Wash Services yes sir!
Idk how I was having pressure issues with mine and apparently at 6 of the check valves springs were busted!
+Pink Flamingo Power Wash LLC dang!!
what is "cavitation?" And great video!
+Edsel CM when your pressure fluctuates
I know you guys are it out of my league. But do you by any chance you know how to fix a 2.5 simpson pro pulsating??

Thoughts on 5gpm 3000 psi AR pump?
CAT pumps are the best
@@gdmfsob4424 Was a fan of Cat but super expensive especially a 8gpm. We have switched to Udor pumps.
GP is a good baseline to go with imo for the $$. My local pressure washing supplies / repair shop told me to stay away from AR.
