All were saying that in old days men didn't do any grooming this was my grandfather's routine in (born in 1948) for his hair in 80s itself he used scented oil and before that he used to put jasmine and rose petals in coconut oil and use it...for his face he used cold/snow cream...for his lips and nails he used vasaline and for his face the body he used pons powder...and in a time wear people used ash and coconut fibre to scrub their body he used hamam soap and every Saturday he will do body massage in seseme oil for skin polish and during summer he would use sandal wood paste on his face and for pimple curing he would eat neem leaves goli....my grandfather was known in the whole village for his good looks even after his marriage woman were after him...
So disagree with these girls. Nothing wrong in being well groomed. I have 2 boys. They are hairy. They prefer to wax compared to be called a bear 😁 both men and women should not be so look conscious. Be yourself.

Do not agree with being rugged and standing for equality are mutually exclusive. You can be rugged and manly AND also respect woman. Not saying men should not worry about their looks either, grooming is important for both men and women, this is dictated by the beauty standards set by the industry, look at the likes of channing tatum, chris hemsworth etc, these are rugged features and typically regarded as peak of manliness but can you say they do not value woman empowerment?
