I donot agree with few of the logics.
As I am qualified mechanic in australia.
1. Shocks are not the just suspension part. Suspension includes shocks,springs,upper control arm, lower control arms includes bushes and bolljoints.
2. How to check shocks. Visually see if there is any leakage on shock. While driving there should be knocking noise on bumps.
3. Damage shocks could de-alligns the wheel bcz it stops the freedom of wheel. So it cause wear in tyre.
4. When you applied brakes worn spring absorbs more energy as it shouldn't.

From both of the front suspension.
@@doctorzia247 ok plz check front both shocks(bump the car with hand and listen noice),control arms(include bushes and bolljoint press brake front wheels shouldn't move forward and backward before car stopping),steering rack if you feel bump into steering wheel, check brake calipers specially sliding pins if they are not dry.
Last thing check bearing hub.
Glad to know about qualitative products being manufactured in Pakistan.

Nice informative video. I agree with mostly all the points. One thing I would add is that mostly people don't go for new one is the price as most people driving old used cars don't have the disposable money to spend on the car. So they just buy whatever gets the vehicle on the road quickly and cheaply

There is one important question which you failed to ask or mention: what about shock absorbers of Japanese cars? How can we find them?

1- toyota shocks vs honda shocks??
2-price of Honda civic shocks?
3-brand of Honda Shocks as in toyota its agriautos
It didn't seem like Honda receives the shocks from them. They never mentioned it clearly.

Suneel bahi I have a question?
I have Toyota corolla altis 2009, what is the fuel average of this car as per Toyota? Catalit convertor was chocked very bad I got it clean from my mechanic and after that my car fuel average goes down from 12.5km/l to 10.4km/l. This 10.4km/l now is fixed with or without A/C. Before cleaning of Catalit convertor the pick of the car was very poor, but after cleaning the Catalit convertor pick is good but fuel average is poor. Please advise how can I fix this problem? How can I get good fuel average as recommended by Toyota with equally good pick up.
Please also advice should I take my car to Toyota for tuning.

Do you mean coil overs? I will not suggest them for normal cars. They are expensive and are meant for powerful cars. If you got money you can put them but again not necessary for normal cars
