Amazing, it's quite convincing even with the survey plan. To build this type of houses the lenght of the plot must be facing the road, if the width is facing the road it will may not work, except you do a semi detached at front and one fully detached at the back.

I have a 9000 sqm land in abuja ....I need your advice sir....I want to develop a mini estate comprises of detached house,semi detached and terrace ...276 for detached ,190 for semi detached and 150 for terrace....pls advice
Good Morning and trust you're doing great today? First confirm from the estate management if that is possible as some estates restrict such land size.
However 190sqm is good and will have larger parking space.

@@techstreet43 OK sir that's great. It's possible even my 3 Bedroom semi detached Duplex is sitting on 150sqm parking comfortably 2 SUV's and a Saloon car.. All you need is a good architect to craft it for you.. It's a room, large living room and kitchen down stairs, then upstairs is family lounge, master bedroom that can take 6 by 6 bed plus office corner space and a Balcony. Then adjacent is the madam's room with a large closet and a space for 6by6 bed and small space for Madam dressing mirror with its balcony too.. Sir all you need is a good architect and it's done.. congratulations sir

Can I build on a 250sqm and have a nice garden. It’s important that I have outdoor space to have like flowers and fruit trees.
Good Evening and trust you are doing great? Yes of course but this depends on your architect to help you do this and then if it's inside an estate you will need to inform the management if you can do this..

It's possible just that the compound and rooms might not be sizeable. Except you build 2 bedroom to have more space downstairs.
Pls,is 25 feet by 100 feet equals to 150 sqm or bigger than 150 sqm
