I have been trying to learn flute from a long time now..but finding it very difficult...After this tutorial i got to know my mistakes.
i was holding it too rigid n it kept falling from my hand n yes i also got an idea to improve my blowing technique by adjusting the angle...

I am 14 years old. I bought flute after watching this video. This literally inspires me to learn a new instrument. Maybe learning flute without offline classes is impossible but u made it possible.

Bought my firsts flute yesterday.. Was able to produce sound by watching some videos but the sound was neither consistent nor melodious.. The way i was holding the flute was also a bit wrong... Today after watching your video, i am able to produce really melodious sound for about 22 seconds continuous while closing all six holes of my flute... Thanks to you🙏🏻.. Hoping to master it further by your lessons.. Thanks again 🙏

For the 4th, 5th, and 6th holes, finger placement is tricky as one tries to increase the spacing between fingers for placement on the 5th and 6th holes. Any tips for that?
I thought I got wrong flute delivered as there is no sound till I saw this and corrected blowing :)

I got C scale flute and have started following your guidelines, it is really helpful as I am able to produce sound. But it is not consistent how much time should I devote each day in practicing?
And one more query with me, sometimes a very soothing sound comes out and sometimes a bit shrill. Which one should be focused upon?

To play any tune or song u must practice all the basic things and master it...then only u will be able to play it....so it depends on u how much u practice

But if I open any one of the hole sound come absolutely... What should I do sir..?

Watching this in 2022. Trust me it is very very helpful. I was trying to play the flute but sometimes I was able to blow perfectly and sometime I was blowing air outside of the hole. This video helps me a lot. To build the tallest building we need to make the base strong then only building will stand. 😇 Thank you for knowledge sharing.
